You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-pwpwilli's own words
We went to the T-Mobile store located in the Central Texas Marketplace on *******. We tried to get cell phone service with T-Mobile, but it didn't work out. We did not get a signal where we live. We went back to the store the next day to get everything cancelled, which was quite an ordeal. But we finally got it cancelled, we thought. This was on Saturday, August **, ****. I have now received my Wells Fargo credit card statement, and there is a charge for $**.** dated *******. We do not owe this bill! We had no service at our home! The employees at the store were wonderful and we all thought this issue was resolved. But apparently not. Again, we do not owe T-Mobile anything!!! I have disputed this charge with Wells Fargo. I will also contact The Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency if you do not issue a credit for this. The one-day account was in my husband's name, Charles R Willis. My name is Paula Willis and our address is *** Silver River Rd, Waco, TX *****. **And the problem just keeps going on and on. I called T-Mobile and talked to Joan. She assured me that the problem was fixed and that we did not owe anything. She also sent an e-mail, but unfortunately, she really didn't come right out and say the problem was fixed. So I deleted it since it did absolutely no good. **We are still getting bills from T-Mobile and now the amount has increased to $**.**, plus threats of a collection agency. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, bar none.
