Use phone but no connection ... I have been unable to connect with my Wi-Fi. This seems to have happen after an iPhone update but I spent hours on the phone with them and they indicated I should contact T-Mobile as it’s not on their end. I’m able to still hook up with the web and receive calls on my iPad and my wife is able to Connect with her iPhone but mine reads no service even though I am able to get on the Internet and send messages. I cannot call you
