Please help..I received a bill after leaving tmobile for *** dollars. The person on the phone said no charge because I changed my mind after ** days of tmobile. He said I was within the ** day trial. I then had a new service turned on, much more affordable for me as a senior citizen of **. A month later I received a bill for *** dollars. I went to the store where I got the tmobile service and they said I didnt return the phones. I had the phones with me but they wouldnt take them saying I had to keep them and pay the *** dollars. I told them it was tone of their salesmen who failed to tell me that and they said he was new and was terminated now...Please help, I can not pay this bill and I have * new phones they wont take back.....my phone number was and is ***-***-****.
