Get customer service to give me the credit that remains on my now closed account. Since I am no longer in the states I can not go to a local store and show an ID as customer support kept telling me.*I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told this is all that could be done. My account would be locked even though it is closed and I have to go into a store. Absurd. I gave every bit of in... ... We have been stationed overseas in Germany. We were going to keep the account and phones but they did not work here on *G or with a new Sim *G so we had to cancel the account. I now have a $**.** credit on the closed account and since I do not remember the codes the account has sa note I must go in person to a store. Can't happen in Germany. Name: Brenda Owens and Byron Owens, Account* *********, Auto payment last four ****, Phone number was ***-***-****. One old password: Denver@****. The customer service agent I spoke with wouldn't give me to a manager and said I must go to a store to verify account and face ID.
