my name is brad argyle and had a cell phone through your company and my cell * ***-***-****, the reason i am complaining is because over the past seven years my service has been less than acceptable, my phone would searching almost constantly in which I couldn't make or receive any calls or text messaging was a joke as the text would come in and I could not open and read it or the text would not got out. My cell phone would never be able to open any pictures let alone be able to send a picture. Every time I called customer service the reps were always very polite, they sent me to your tech department or have an engineer try and help so many times, so many times they said they would call back with either the tech or engineer to help fix the problems, but to many times they NEVER did call back to ensure my service was working and the problems fixed, I bought new cell phones upgrading because they said my phone was the problem, how ever that never seemed to fix all the problems that I had. I live in a rural area and need cell service for medical emergencies, which recently came up in which I was unable to get help! I am disabled and my wife has a heart condition and we were told when we signed up that your service would work great in our area, It did NOT work at all, the phone would just search while running down the battery. I called customer service on January ** this year and talked with John, he was polite and all but I asked him to cancel my service with the company and reimburse me my money through my credit card, he promised that he would cancel my service and within three to five business days my reimbursement would show up at my bank on my credit card, I called my bank today and the money due to me was not reimbursed! I checked the cell phone and guess what, the cell phone was still on and not cancelled, So I called twice today because the first phone call I made to your rep had put me on hold for ** minutes, so I called a different number and finally the rep did shut off the cell phone and said my credit card would be reimbursed within the next three days and I should receive a phone call soon to check if this matter has been fixed, I sure hope so because when I first started your service back in **** I was happy with most of it, but over time, lots of aggravation and countless hours on the phone trying to have problems fixed I am ashamed of your business manners. please send my money back and i hope your business does a better job than you did with me with the rest of your customers. sincerely Brad Argyle.
