I renewed my auto pay prepaid account on December **.I received a message saying my account is suspended. Customer service said "Don't worry about it". Ever since then I cannot send text messages. I did turn off receiving and send text, l turned it on for Christmas, all I get is text messaging block is active. I have called tmoblle ** times and they hang up on me, or have no idea how to fix this issue. I even went to T mobile store, they said because it is prepaid account, they can't do anything. Then I get several messages that saying I owe $*.** on my account. I have nothing but problems with my phone since the.What the **** is going on? I have been a satisfied T-MOBILE customer until this last week. If you cannot fix my account, refund my payment. I will find another phone company.
