customer service is really unprofessional. Once again I tried calling last night and was actually hung up by two rep david and zack. both wanted to tell me what I wanted to say, not listen at all, they acctually hung up and I had to call back and wait ** to ** minutes then they put me on hold again still havent my problem corrected, I have * lines with t mobile but that doesnt seem to matter to you, sure no customer appreciation. This is crazy to make a complaint and have to email and wait for maybe someone to get back to me I have been waiting weeks for return call on some other questions I had and still no call back. Are you guys getting too big that you dont have time for your customers sure seems like it. hopefully someone will get back to me today, or maybe I will just start checking around with other companies and see if they appreciate their customer So far I think I have like * or * problems still not resoved pretty bad when you get so discussed you just deal what this service well maybe not too much longer
