*-year contract for cellphone number ***-***-****, T-mobile sales associate put the pin Number to my old cellphone number ***-***-**** Without Telling or Notifying Writter which I Purchased * plus years ago. iPhone **-X-RAY *** gig screen began to freeze up & go dark after the *rd day.*I reset iPhone **-XR it asked me for the cod I Put the Correct code into iPhone **-XR ***-***-**** It Read Wrong or faked apple code.*I trusted T-Mobile I No longer Trust T-Mobile Customer Service on T-Mobile network POOR Service It *****!!.*** to ** minute wait times in most cases. *T-Mobile has cost me a great deal of trouble Loss Time & Money, *Costner abc reps that are inexperienced, Fir instance I’m Speaking to rep for a few minutes their Reply Is They were not paying attention to what I Said.*The great run around on the phone!.*T-ovule reps stated you will have to take your iPhone to the apple store to RESET Your Apple Code!. It’s not my fault it’s the Sales Associate who input the Information how did she get my pin code to my iPhone ***-***-****, If only I or Apple can get the code? Kinda makes someone feel insecure about the T-Mobile Network!.*One Card *-Seperate Accounts!, Other t-mobile rep wanted to conference call to apple the other rep wants to transfer me to apple! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!.*Sales associates t-Mobile want to charge a Restocking fee T-Mobile messes up due to IMPROPER Information!!!. I lost time & Money Along With wages!.
