One catastrophe after another I really can't sum this up in one small paragraph but I'll try! I went into T Mobile * days ago to start up three lines and ask them if they accepted trade-ins they said yes and I traded in my iPhone * which was in Immaculate condition had never been wet scratched no flaws they accepted and told me my options were two phones which were $*** and some change from there what I was told was the phone was about to be discontinued it was just chaos and it still is I spoke with a supervisor last night or the night before who was extremely helpful and I went to another T-Mobile store and they were all over the place the girl was new and now it's another big catastrophe. I'm not one to call and complain I don't want to get anyone in trouble or lose their job we all need to work we all have families but I feel like I was put on the back burner and shoved out the door they even turn the lights off while my whole family was in there and we're still doing the transaction they made comments that were inappropriate amongst other things. I was told th*at for my three lines the phones that I wanted I would walk out the store with and because of the issues from the other phone that I will be billed on my first bill and so on and that didn't happen nor did I walk out with the phone I wanted and they still said I owe them $** they didn't say why unfortunately I was exhausted and just gave it to them I did not get a receipt and at this point I'm just lost and very frustrated I really need help sincerely thank you ,Inez Halphen
