Help with my T-Mobile issue

New customer. Waiting for over a week to receive a return ph call from Wendy. La Crescenta location. Having several issues w phone. My husband has alzheimers. And it's Very Important to have services. Wendy told me last week she would contact the Samsung rep after TRYING to resolve my issues. I've been to the L C store twice this week trying to talk to Wendy. She was Great at closing the sale... Doesn't follow thru. Called today after seeing Jake this morning. He attempted to assist. Opened the account... He looked at the screen... then said... What's the problem? I asked... No Notes?. He Didn't respond. I walked out. I Assumed knowing I had problems .. I Asked to c Wendy... Jake opened my account that.. Jake being the mgr.. I was unaware Jake was the mgr.. that Jake would have asked Wendy what the Situation was... Nope. Just called now. * hrs later... Wendy was at lunch.. asked for the mar to return my call. Jake was in the restroom. Jake called back.. I attempted to tell him my issues. Jake Told me Do NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.. AND HUNG UP.... PLZ. Can SOMEONE with connected Brain cells call me? *Ron Hunt.****.***.****.*H*****@***.com *H*****@***.com. *GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...
