I had stopped my auto pay and had paid a bill in person but my service was still cut off. I told them I had made my payment but they said they had no record of it and since I had lost my receipt then what were they supposed to do. They were very rude and not only that when I got the two new phones I purchased they didn't say one word about any special they were having at that time. They also told me my bill would not be what they ended up charging my auto pay. I have been a long time customer and it saddens me greatly this has happened. I hope you have taken care of the employee situation before these two men cause you more problems. I feel you should call me and discuss this matter soon. Thank you.
