I am on auto pay monthly $** plus tax, etc., charges are billed to my credit card. For the *th time in **** I get a text from TMobile stating that my credit card has expired. I called and update my renewal date in June, my card never expired and my new expiration date is ******. Everytime I have called regarding this matter they charge to my card and it goes okay until the next month, so it is not getting updated on your end. I have had no service to my phone a couple of times until I realize I am not receiving any calls or texts, last month I was waiting for very important text. * Calling your numbers and call going to the Philliphines or wherever is not working. I guess my service will stop again tomorrow. Call me at ***-***-**** today and let me know if you can fix this problem permanently, I will not have any service again tomorrow!!!!!!! I was promised for sure last month that this would not happen again.
I want my credit card expiration date updated to ****** and this problem to stop. I do not have a landline so family cannot get in touch with me in an emergency.
Close to * yrs, this time. Spouse was customer for about ** yrs.
