The issue in GetHuman-kaymaye's own words
I went Into a metro pcs store at *** brundage lane bakersfield, California *****. after paying my bill I left the store but forgot my wallet. after a short drive I returned to the store and was returned my wallet but all of the cash was taken from it. the employee told me "a good, honest, black man, brought the wallet In" and that she seen him pick it up and didn't take anything from it. also that he was a customer that comes in often. I asked for his name and she changed her story and said "it was actually another man that was with him." i asked to speak with the manager who turned out to be the employee standing right next to her. I asked for their names . Fabian Delgado Manager. but the female would not give her name. I asked the manager for her name he would not give it to me. I asked for his bosses number. he would not give it to me. I asked for a cooperate number. he told me there isn't one, that metro pcs is a franchise. but that he would text the owner and the owner would check the cameras and allow him to record the footage with his cell phone to show it to me at a later time. I asked if the owner had an email or someway I can contact him at all. he said no. he could only send him a text which he never replied to.

GetHuman-kaymaye did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
