Hello, my name is Nicholas Fernandez. My phone number is ***-***-****. My wife's number is ***-***-****. My T-Mobile pin is ******. About a month and a half ago, I decided to switch from AT&T to T Mobile. I made this decision based off of what a T-Mobile representative told me. She told me that the coverage in my location would be just fine, which is Milton FL *****. I expressed to her my concerns in regards to excellent coverage, as my wife is a Deputy and needs to have a reliable signal in case of an emergency. She continued to tell me that i had nothing to worry about, that T-MOBILE has improved significantly the best * years. Well, this is not the case in the slightest. My wife and I on average drop * calls a day where I live. I have contacted T Mobile several times asking for help. Well, no one was able to help me . They continued to tell me that they would talk to their engineers to fix the problem. Well, no one fixed anything. I told one agent that I planed on switching to Verizon. She said that because she felt for me and because of the position that I have been put in, she said that she would be able to approve my phone (Samsung Note *) and my wife's phone (Iphone *) to be unlocked so i could put Verizon SIMS cards in them. She said that if she were to add a line to my account to keep the account open, I could do this without having to pay for the phones outright and I could continue to make installments on the phones.*So quick recap.*Cancel my two lines ***-***-**** and ***-***-**** with T-MOBILE and switch them to Verizon, put Verizon SIMS in the phones, that agent would unlock the phones from her end, and I would continue to make insallements on the phones through T-Mobile. Being promised this, * days ago I went and opened an account with Verizon Wireless, purchasing two lines with unlimited data. As I put the Verizon Sim Cards in our phones, i noticed my wife's iPhone was still locked. So when i called T-MOBILE today (******), I was not only told by the head manager of Customer Service, Justin, that i cannot get the iPhone * unlocked, but told that my Note * would only stay unlocked for only * month. He said the only way to unlock my phones would be to pay the phones in full. I expressed to the agent that thisnis not what i was told and that I am in no financial means to do that. He told me that there are no other options. Justin told me that I can come up with $**** to pay off my phone debt in the next few weeks, or dont pay the bill and watch my credit drop. **Do you realize that based off of what T-MOBILE reps have told me, I now have a T Mobile account open (because i was promised i had great coverage in my area), I have two expensive smartphones that I am being told I have to pay in full otherwise it will drop my credit, I have a Verizon Wireless account open under my credit, and I still have the debt from my old AT&T account I have to pay, which is already dropping my credit? How did this happen?!!!!!! And I am still stuck with my original problem! I get no coverage at where i Live! I was promised to have my phones unlocked, just to have another rep tell me that that rep was wrong? That I cannot unlock these phones? After i just freaking opened a account at Verizon under my credit?!!!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable. I have been told by countless reps that there is nothing that they cannot do. Are you serious? I just became a Firefighter and my wife just became a deputy. We need to have reliable way of communicating with each other. I don't think that is too much to ask. I expect T-MOBILE to follow through with their promise. If T-MOBILE screws me over like this, I promise the company will regret it. I hate to take it there, but it seems like I am about to get f***** over and I will not accept that. If this doesn't get resolved I WILL share my experience all over the internet, all over social media, and tell everyone I come in contact with!
