Dear Sirs,**I am your business customer for many years. I was silver Miles & More in the past, but last year I did not notice expiry and I become your Miles and more customer *****************Most of my flights are from Malpensa airport to Tel Aviv for business.**Unfortunately, Swiss is not what it was before.**Some of the examples:**The choice of Swiss in confront of other Airline companies is to confort in the big airplane, where the confort of sit, entertainment system and food are the compensation for the price.**Very often, without prior notice, you change the aircraft to a simple one, and the passenger losses his payment for the sit, has no confort and the food is not eatable. It is the worse food any offered by an Airline company. **Nobody think to compensate the passenger for the missing confort, gives Reimboursment for payment for the sit, or for the disappointment.**The worse is that your feedback system does not answer to claims. They simply “forget” to answer, and are expecting the customer to do the same. I will give you examples in following regarding claims to which I never received a feedback.***Nevertheless, please take time to read the following “adventure”:**Booking reference : VHCEM* **I booked a flight from Milano MXP to Tel Aviv on the ********** with departure at **:**.**On the afternoon I received a massage that the flight was cancelled and that I was rebooked on Lufthansa * hour later with destination Munich Tel Aviv with arriva * hour later.**Nobody informed me that also this flight was cancelled. **When I arrived to the Checkin they informed me that also this flight was cancelled. (If I would have been informed before, I could stay in my home and save the payment to the Taxi). **My arrival to Tel Aviv was urgent, whereas I had a business meeting at *:** on the **********, after the manager that I was suppose to meet was going for vacation.**I asked for solution. The persons on charge were very impolite, like if they were doing me a favore, and proposed to transfer me to Alitalia Flight AZ **** in order to catch EL AL Flight to Tel Aviv.**At the time when they transferred me to Alitalia Flight they already knew that ALITALIA flight was delated, and that I will never be able to catch El Al.**Nevertheless they proceeded and made me checkin on the checkin counter of Alitalia with my suitcase with destination to Tel Aviv. I did not receive any boarding card for El Al Flight.**Also I was supposed to wait for many hours in the Airport, Swiss operators refused to offer me supper, or permit me to wait in your business Lunch. They told me that I have to be grateful for what they did to me. **After many hours of expectation for the flight of Alitalia that was delated, and messages that I received from Alitalia regarding possible arrival to Rome at **:**, I understood the I will never be able to catch El Al flight in Rome, **and I had not choice then book a new flight to Tel Aviv with Lufthansa to Munich on the next morning which was the only available flight left.**Before leaving the airport I went to the Lost and Found Service of Lufthansa on the airport, and asked them to check the situation of my suitcase. They told me that my rebooking on the next morning to Tel Aviv was registered and I will find my suitcase in Tel Aviv.**I took a taxi to return Home which is ** km far away from the Airport.**On the next morning I checked in for Tel Aviv with Lufthansa.**I asked about my suitcase.**The manager of Lufthansa in the Checkin counter in Malpensa said he will take care about my Suitcase.**I arrived to Tel Aviv without my suitcase. I had nothing with me: no clothes , no medicine, no cosmetics, no documents and samples for our customers for my business meeting. Nothing.**I had to wait for the next morning to receive my suitcase.**Please tell me how will compensate me for my losses ???? **I enclose herewith: **Booking references for the flights**Bording card Alitalia**Claim to Lot and Found in Tel Aviv Tel Aviv for my suitcase.**Taxi receipts **Without taking in account * days that I spent in the airports.**I lost my business meeting in Tel Aviv because of the delay, whereas the manager that I was suppose to meet went for vacation. My whole trip to Tel Aviv was complete lost.**In addition to that there are other claims to which you never answer.**A fraud that I suffered by your partner Car Hire Case Ref: IL********* when I hired a car from your site during ticket purchasing. **Delay of * days with delivery of my suitcase with life saving medicine inside, both claims to which I never received feedback from your staff. **Waiting for your prompt answer**Best Regards**Shoshana Shenhav*Via Siracusa **Limito di Pioltello (MI) *Italy **** *** ******* **All the receipts and invoices for expenses are enclosed
