Changed seat, paid for it, credit card texted me about accepted charge but seat was NOT changed . Told reason was that seat cannot be changed online and to call the service center.*My booking * is R****Z. My name is Victor Shaines and I and my wife Maxine have reservations with booked seat numbers **A and **B. *I noticed that **B has restricted leg room so I selected **A and **B and paid the $** each. Then I got the message about the seat was not changed. I am on hold now for *** minutes. Please call my cell *** *** **** . A very, very annoyed customer. This flight is for Viking River Cruise and I will be sure to tell them about the crappy customer service.
