I keep trying to re-set my password for the account associated with *****@***.com and I'm not receiving the re-set e-mails. I've followed your advice on how to make sure you're on my safe sender list, but still no luck. Is there something else you could do to help me? I could try creating a new account, but I've already created a survey that I'd hate to have to re-create. Thanks for your help.
