This morning I went into help in the game because I had put the app on my phone but every time I logged out I had to enter a code to get back into the game. No big deal I've had this happen before and got help. This time I was put through to "Sparky" and was told he could not help me, so I asked to talk to someone above him. After waiting ** minutes for a reply I decided to go online for help. I reinstalled the app & restarted my phone but that didn't work so I was told to go back to the game help center. I was still in that chat window and over * hours later I still had no reply. I accessed the in game help from another account and while in that chat window the problem was resolved (about * hours in to dealing with it). I went online and made a complaint about the customer service and within minutes I was locked out of my account. I went back online to find out why and was told there was a "security issue" with my account. Over * years playing this game and never once have I had a "security issue" yet within minutes of making a complaint about customer service I'm locked out. I have spent a lot of money on this game over the years and I will NEVER spend another dime. I would like access to my account given back and I hope someone who cares about how much money the game brings in realizes this level of poor customer service will effect if a customer spends money or not.
GetHuman-a_goodwa did not yet indicate what Supercell should do to make this right.
