I struggled with getting support for accessing Clash of Clans on my phone for 3 hours. Each time I logged out, I had to reenter a code to log back in. Initially, I reached out for help through the game, but after two hours of no solution, I asked to speak to someone higher up due to having this issue resolved before. This led me to reinstall the game and restart my phone, prompting emails back and forth with customer service. Eventually, my issue got fixed during a help session on another account. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the service, my account got locked, citing "suspicious activity." I find this hard to believe as I have been a long-time player. Despite providing the requested information, I could not send a screenshot, extending the problem over 4 hours. This is my first experience being banned, which only happened right after my complaint about customer service. I demand the ban be lifted as I have done nothing wrong.

This morning, I encountered an issue with the game where I had to input a code to log back in each time I tried to access it. Despite seeking assistance and being connected to "Sparky," I was informed he couldn't help me and requested to escalate the matter. After a 40-minute wait with no response, I sought online help. Following instructions to reinstall the app and restart my phone, the issue persisted, prompting me to return to the game help center. Despite spending over 2 hours in the chat without a resolution, I managed to resolve the problem after 3 hours by accessing in-game help from another account. Subsequently, I filed a complaint about the unsatisfactory customer service, only to be locked out of my account within minutes due to a purported "security issue." Despite years of playing and investing money in the game, this sudden lockout following my complaint has left me disillusioned. I am requesting access to my account be reinstated and hope that the management recognizes the impact poor customer service has on player spending and satisfaction.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance from a real person. Instead of directing me to talk to a robot on a site, I'm reaching out here as I couldn't find answers on my own. I've been playing this game for a few years now and currently have a maxed Town Hall 10. Two days ago, my account began glitching. I attempted to switch clans to join my friend's group for friendly challenges, but I received an error message when trying to send a request to join, stating 'unable to join the clan' or 'you've been banned from this clan' in red text. I trust my friend wouldn't ban me, so I'm puzzled. On top of this, every time I log back in, my in-game mailbox disappears, preventing me from seeing my recent attacks or defenses, and invites to rejoin my previous clan. Despite having green invite preferences enabled, I only view my latest attack if I don't exit the game, and it disappears until my next attack. My clanmates mentioned that when they invite me, there is no confirmation message that the invite was successfully sent. I've attempted to reload and re-install the game multiple times without success. I'm unsure if sharing my player tag is allowed, but I'm willing to provide it if that would be useful. I have always followed the game rules, never engaging in inappropriate behavior, attempting hacks, or accessing free gem sites. Please advise on what steps I should take.

After updating my phone, I contacted support to transfer my account to a new phone. Following their advice, I signed up on Supercell. Unfortunately, I forgot the email linked to the account and tried setting up a new one. However, I didn't receive the code. I used my daily email and when I entered the code, my main account disappeared. I sought help from support, but they banned me for suspected fraudulent activity. After contacting Apple and recovering my receipts, I can prove the account is mine with the purchases I've made over the last three months. I play on three accounts, including the lost one, and just want to regain access. If support provides an email address, I can send the receipts to verify my ownership. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received a 2-day ban which caught me by surprise. I have a suspicion as to why this occurred now. If the ban is related to inappropriate language used in a clan I am no longer part of, I would like to request a review of the ban. I allowed my brother to view my base without realizing he was responsible for the offensive comments made in the chat. I only became aware of the situation after I retrieved my phone. Feeling ashamed, I promptly left the clan. My chat history will confirm that I rarely engage in conversation, let alone use such language. Unfortunately, this ban has come at a crucial time as I was coordinating my town hall upgrade’s star bonus with the end of the gold pass season, and I am now at risk of missing out on this opportunity. I assure you that you will not encounter any offensive behavior from my account in the future, and I hope for your understanding in this matter. Thank you.

On Clash of Clans, my account got banned for "account phishing," even though I was the victim of a phished account. I don't understand why this happened and I really want my account unbanned. I miss playing the game and reconnecting with my friends in the clan Canadiana. I had purchased $[redacted] worth of gems before as user Jake502. The game rules mention phishing, but why punish me and not the actual hacker who stole my account? This is unfair and disheartening. I never want to go through this loss of memories again due to being hacked. I'm hopeful for a quick resolution and to regain access to my account. Please reply soon so we can address this issue.

Hello, I would like to address the situation where my account was permanently banned. It happened because of a misunderstanding regarding selling and buying accounts. I mentioned selling my account out of nervousness when trying to change my password and transferring it to a new device. After encountering login issues and unsuccessful attempts, my account got banned for 31 days. In a panic, I falsely claimed to have sold my account, which I now realize was a mistake. I want to apologize for this and assure you that it was not related to actual selling and buying activities. I deeply regret my actions and promise not to repeat this behavior. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my permanently banned account which was accused of selling and buying. Although I mentioned selling my account, I was merely trying to explain my situation in order to have the ban lifted within 31 days. I felt incredibly anxious about losing my account during that time and attempted numerous times to answer the recovery questions to prove ownership. Unfortunately, my actions were deemed dishonest, leading to the permanent ban. I assure you that I did not engage in selling or buying, as I have been the sole owner and player of this account for many years. The ban occurred after I changed my email password for security reasons and attempted to log in on a new device (Realme 7), which led to the account being unrecognized. Despite my efforts to answer all the recovery questions, some were challenging due to the extended period of time involved. My son and I both use the same Apple account, but we have separate Brawl Stars accounts. He plays as Apple Jack, while I play as Dr K. Normally, when I open the game on my phone, it asks if I want to play under his account, but I always choose Cancel to log in as Dr K. However, my son played under his account recently, and now I'm unable to access mine. We don't have Supercell accounts set up. I used to have the option to choose my account when starting the game, but now it automatically goes to his account without giving me the option to switch back to mine.

Hello, I have been playing Clash of Clans for almost 7-8 years. Recently, I tried to help a friend recover their lost account as they do not speak English. I contacted Supercell from my account, but after two recovery attempts, I found out that my account was blocked due to phishing attempts. I am unsure of what steps to take to remove the ban from my account. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did not realize that helping someone else recover their account could be considered illegal. I only intended to assist my friend, and now my genuine account has been blocked by Supercell. I have reached out to the support center multiple times but have not received any replies. Is there a way to contact them where they will hear me out and take appropriate action? I was trying to use Dark Elixir to restore my super troops, but I mistakenly spent over [redacted] gems to purchase a small amount of Dark Elixir instead due to a lack of resources. I have been accumulating Dark Elixir for months, so this was not a usual issue for me until the recent upgrade. Can the gems be refunded, and the Dark Elixir be removed, please? Hello, a few years ago, I was really into playing Clash Royale, and my account was almost maxed out at that time. Unfortunately, I did not create a Supercell or Google Play account. I played too much Clash Royale and eventually stopped because of school and other reasons. At the beginning of this year, I got a new phone and signed in with my email address and Google Play account, which allowed me to retrieve my other games like Clash of Clans and Brawl Stars, but not Clash Royale. Despite using the same Supercell and Google Play accounts for all my other games, when attempting to log in to Clash Royale, I only access a level 1 account. I know the player ID of my old account but am unsure how to regain access to it. I've checked my Google Play purchases, but none seem to relate to Clash Royale. Any ideas on how I can recover my previous account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Dear Super Cell, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding some clans' names and messages in the game. One clan, with the name "WOMAN BEATERS" and the clan number #2LYGUUOGR, has a highly inappropriate message in their profile. Their leader is listed as Derrick, with Player ID #PUYO8CL8J. Additionally, there are two more clans with similar names and disturbing messages: #2YGPL8UPU ("We like to beat women" led by Chubs:) ) and #222UJLO8Q ("We Oppress our enemies like we Oppress our females and also Josh Raine"). I am experiencing repeated attacks from accounts using bot programs to cheat. The attacks follow the same pattern each time with specific troop deployments that prevent any counteraction. The bot program doesn't register defeat and lets the time run out, making it impossible to retaliate. The attacking accounts always have Chinese names and are constantly online or shielded when not. Unfortunately, there is no way to report these activities or seek revenge. I find this cheating behavior extremely frustrating and unfair.

I was banned from Clash of Clans when I tried to restore an old account. I reached out asking for help to retrieve my old account, but the support team asked specific questions about when I last played on it. Since it had been years, I couldn't remember the details, so I explained this. Unfortunately, I was banned right after. It has been a week, and despite my attempts to contact support, I have not received any useful assistance or responses. Hello, I was banned from Clash of Clans a year or two ago due to "account phishing." At that time, I was attempting to help my cousin recover his account because he had forgotten his password or email (I don't recall all the details). We were trying various passwords and using the password recovery feature. Unfortunately, I was then banned for "account phishing" when I tried to access my own Clash of Clans account. I want to clarify that my intention was never to steal anyone's account, but I'm not sure how to prove this. On a side note, I had reached Town Hall 9 and had saved some Halloween trees from either [redacted] or [redacted].

My account was hacked by a member of my clan who asked for access to a small Clash of Clans account in exchange for being in our clan. After providing access, my account vanished with a message stating that my Super Cell ID login had expired. I can provide the exact date of when my village was created and the city and country it was made in. The hacker also changed my account's name to make it more challenging for me to regain control. I have received a permanent ban in Clash of Clans due to disruptive behavior. I understand the reason behind this decision as I have been using inappropriate language in the clan chat. I have been playing the game for 7 years and it is one of my favorites. I am willing to improve my behavior and refrain from using offensive words if given a second chance.
