I have been playing Clash of Clans for 4 years now. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and my CoC account. I have contacted CoC support and provided the required information, but they have been unable to locate my account. My account is linked to a Supercell ID with the Gmail address [redacted] Since I no longer have access to my phone, I need to know how to receive the verification code. I will provide you with my CoC details: - Village Name: Bobby - XP Level: [redacted] - Previous Clan: The Guardians - Clan Leader: Harit (8JL2UJ8L0) - Trophies Level: [redacted] - Last Upgrades: Archer Queen, Archer Tower, Cannon I lost my account around June [redacted], and I have been playing since around [redacted]. I have been experiencing difficulty logging into my Town Hall 8 account on Clash of Clans. Despite entering my email multiple times, I have not been receiving a verification code, leading to me being locked out of my account. I have verified my email but have not received any codes. My account is associated with the clan named "The Clan Killer," where I am the leader. My account name is "The Clash God," and some members of my clan are dendeshyper, dendeshyper2, [redacted], and lilmahem24. Today, a new member joined, but I do not know their name. I am a 12-year-old player focusing on maxing out my Town Hall 8 base. I kindly request assistance with this issue and would appreciate receiving at least [redacted] gems.

Hello Supercell team, I recently discovered that my account has been banned for an unknown reason. After reviewing my emails, I noticed a login from an unfamiliar location. I suspect that someone else might have accessed my account and taken actions that resulted in the ban on Clash of Clans. I kindly request your assistance in restoring access to my account as I am unaware of the circumstances that led to this issue. I apologize for any inappropriate behavior that occurred on your platform due to this unauthorized access. Moving forward, I plan to improve the security of my account by changing to a stronger password. Fortunately, there were no unauthorized purchases made on my account during this incident. Hello everyone, can anyone assist me? I lost my iPhone which had all my important details. After playing a game for six years on Samsung, I switched back to iPhone and forgot the email and password linked to my account. Previously, there was no Supercell ID, so I used to buy gems directly with my Visa card instead of Google Play. I created a new small account on my new iPhone to contact Supercell for help, but they banned it. I then created another account and leveled up to Town Hall 6 before they banned that one too. How can I speak to a human at Supercell instead of a robot for assistance with this issue? Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I need help recovering my old "TUSCANY" account in the "[redacted] D" clan as I forgot the password to the linked email. I've tried "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" but can't remember which one it is. My old phone broke, preventing me from accessing the account. My friends are playing again, and I want to join. I've contacted Supercell multiple times without success. I was trying to recover another account, but instead, you banned my main account linked to [redacted] Please, I am requesting you to restore my account and remove the ban. I assure you that I was only attempting to recover my other account, and you mistakenly banned the wrong one. I have spent 9 years building that account, and it's very important to me. I have purchased the Gold Pass and need to claim my rewards. If I don't claim them now, they will disappear, and I also need to purchase the next season's Gold Pass. Salve, mi chiamo L. e voglio condividere la mia esperienza con Supercell riguardo al gioco Clash of Clans. Ho iniziato a giocare molti anni fa, cambiando successivamente dispositivi senza ricordare esattamente l'anno di inizio. Dopo una pausa di almeno due anni, ho cercato di riprendere il gioco ma non sono riuscito a recuperare il mio account poiché all'epoca non esisteva il Supercell ID. Dopo aver contattato l'assistenza e ricevuto supporto per recuperare l'account, mi è stato comunicato che ero stato erroneamente bannato per presunto tentativo di furto account. Recentemente ho ritrovato un vecchio dispositivo Android su cui ho recuperato il mio account e lo ho collegato al Supercell ID per poter giocare tramite iPhone. Tuttavia, nonostante i vari tentativi di accedere con il mio account sul mio telefono, continuo a ricevere il messaggio di ban e non posso giocare. I am requesting assistance in recovering my Level 19 clan. Unfortunately, due to an issue with my account being locked and at a lower level, I cannot contact support in-game. The bot responses have been limited to helping with Town Hall level 4 and above, which doesn't apply to my situation. Last year, I had to take a break from the game due to exams, leaving my level 3 account in the clan. Upon returning recently, I encountered an error stating "Supercell ID Login Expired" and my game account was not found. Strangely, the current leader of my clan has the same name and base, but a different player tag. I suspect foul play where someone falsely claimed my account and gained leadership through it. I had closed the clan when I left, intending to prevent unauthorized access.

An unknown person took over my account due to malpractice; unfortunately, I cannot recall the tag provided to me. I remember the name "s@nju" and that I was a Town Hall 10 leading the Land of God's clan. The thief connected my account to <[redacted]> and to Facebook. I seek help in recovering my beloved account, highlighting my commitment to Clash of Clans. I have been a long-time player of this game and have invested a significant amount of money in it. I really enjoyed playing the game! However, after reinstalling it on my new phone a few months later, I discovered that my account was missing. I regretfully uninstalled the game. I am currently attempting to restore my account as I had dedicated a lot of time and money to the game and would prefer not to start over. This game has been one of the most entertaining Android games I have come across. I am unsure of what information would be helpful in recovering my account, but at the time, I had unlocked every character and reached a relatively high level. I am willing to provide banking information to demonstrate my purchases for that account, which I no longer have access to. I believe I had around 11k trophies, and my club was likely based in Canada. My username might have been "Piper," "MasterPiper," or "MasterPiper77," and I recall changing it to a cyan or blue "GOD" or "G0D". I am inquiring if it is possible to recover my account, create a new account with similar attributes to my previous one, or receive a refund for my purchases. I attempted to recover a village in Clash of Clans. I installed the game and explained my issue losing the village. I answered all their questions as accurately as possible. They replied, asking for the make, model, and how many devices were used to play with that account due to security reasons. Once again, I provided them with detailed information. Later, when I tried to log in at night, I saw a message saying I had been permanently banned for attempting to steal an account. I believe this might have been due to some incorrect information provided. I believe the solution would be for them to give me the claimed account, send a message to the device where the village is currently located, and if there's a response, then ban me permanently from all my Supercell accounts. If there is no response, I should get the claimed account. I await a response. (I do not want to steal from anyone, just trying to get back what's mine) Thank you

I lost access to my account that was linked to my Gmail address, [redacted], but not connected to my Supercell account. Unfortunately, my account was taken due to some wrongdoing by an unknown person. I can't recall my tag, but I remember the name, s@nju. At the time of losing it, I was a Town Hall 10 and the leader of the Land of God's clan. I am unable to locate my account now. As player #2COJ9URYV on Clash of Clans, I recently participated in the Heroes event. I completed the event by knocking out 30 heroes to receive the prize, which included a Book of Heroes, some gems, and XP. However, I failed to claim the prize before the event ended. The next day when I tried to claim it, the event had disappeared. I believe that if you have completed the event, you should still receive the prize even after the event has ended. I am requesting that the Book of Heroes, gems, and XP be added to my account as I rightfully earned them. Additionally, I would appreciate receiving [redacted] gems as compensation for the inconvenience this situation has caused me both in my personal life and in my gaming experience.

I need assistance with my Clash of Clans leadership situation. I was inactive for the 90 days needed to be removed as a leader, but now I'm active again. Unfortunately, I have lost all my positions, including leader, co-leader, and elder. Despite being the former leader, the most active, and second-highest in the clan after the current inactive leader, I am unable to regain my level 10 clan. It's disheartening because of all the time and effort I've invested. With only two members, including myself, left in the clan, it seems impossible to reclaim it. The clan name is Italian Burger lvl 10, and my main account's email is [redacted] Any help would be greatly appreciated.
