I misplaced my village after losing my phone. I am currently unable to log in to Clash of Clans on a different device using my Google Play Games ID. The game is prompting me to log in with a Supercell ID, which I never registered for my village. It seems someone else registered my village with a Supercell ID, preventing me from accessing it. When I last played, my experience level was [redacted], and I was in a clan named 'ALPHA Major 2.0'. I had accumulated [redacted] war stars. I began playing Clash of Clans on the 12th of November [redacted]. My player tag is #9GGUR8882, and my town hall level is 9.

I am frustrated with Supercell for repeatedly banning my accounts when I try to recover an old one. I created the account in Germany, but lost access when I moved to Texas. Despite numerous attempts, they continue to ignore me and ban my accounts. I am upset because the account is meaningful to me - the username "Rebin" is a tribute to my great grandmother passed down through four generations. It was compromised and I simply want to reclaim it. Can I please have my village back? The account name is "Rebin," but I have forgotten the ID details due to the person who hacked it leaving the clan.

I am reaching out because I have encountered an issue with accessing my Brawl Stars account. My in-game name was "Messiah," and I had [redacted] trophies at level 61. I had only two diamond rank players, Shelly and Rosa. For Shelly, I used the Bandita skin. My friends on the account include FusionMaster, The Tiny Potato, and others. Initially, I tried logging in through my Google Play account under the email [redacted], with the nickname "Kid Fury." However, when prompted to provide my Supercell ID in addition to the Google Play login, I realized I had forgotten the login details. Regrettably, in an attempt to rectify this, I inadvertently created a new Supercell ID without the original information, locking me out of my account. I possess an email from Supercell with pertinent account details and am willing to forward this if required. I have devoted significant time and effort into building this account and would be extremely grateful for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Hello Supercell, I am frustrated that my account was permanently banned. I shared it with my younger brother, and he used inappropriate language towards other players without my knowledge. I realized my mistake and secured the account on my device, but he still managed to offend others resulting in the ban. I acknowledge my error and have learned from it. I respectfully request a chance to explain the situation to your team since my efforts and money invested in the game are now wasted. I ask for your understanding in reconsidering the ban as I was not responsible for the recent violations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello everyone! 🤗 This game is my absolute favorite, one of the 2 that I play regularly. I've reached day 7, but unfortunately, the game freezes my phone at [redacted]% loading, preventing me from playing after the update. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, the issue persists. Missing out on a week's worth of rewards like coins, chests, wars, cards, and gems has left me feeling disappointed. I hope my clan hasn't removed me during this time. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I shared my account with this person solely for them to pick up resources when I was unavailable, without providing them with any passwords. My name is William Taylor and I have been playing Royle for a few years now. About a month ago, I noticed that while playing, it indicated that another account was accessing my profile. I initially thought it was my wife using my tablet. However, I later discovered that I was removed from the clan Seventh Prodigy, of which I was the leader. When I reached out to Supercell, they informed me that I had given leadership to someone else, which I had not done. Unable to resolve the issue, I created a new clan with the same name, but some previous members claimed I had kicked them, which I had not. Subsequently, I temporarily transferred leadership until the matter was sorted out. Unfortunately, my account was then manipulated, resulting in a significant drop in trophies, with someone purposely losing battles. Despite contacting Supercell multiple times, I have been unable to resolve this and my account is now locked without a way to retrieve the unlock code. My account details include a maximum trophy count of [redacted], King Tower level 12, username tåÿłørmådę, and the last clan I was in was called Dragon. I have invested a lot of time and money into this account and hope for assistance in resolving this issue.

A player visited my clan after a battle and engaged in inappropriate behavior by using foul language and verbally attacking other members. Despite being informed that this was their second account and they were unconcerned about being banned, their actions have the potential to harm more players, especially younger individuals. Hello, I used to play Clash of Clans some time ago and I had a well-developed account that I accessed through Facebook. Recently, I started playing again and I am trying to retrieve my old account using my Facebook login. However, when I click on "sign in with Facebook," it keeps indicating that it will link my current account instead of retrieving the old one. I am concerned that I might lose the chance to recover my old account. Any assistance you can provide would be highly appreciated.

Hello, I am writing to report unauthorized charges on my credit card ending in [redacted] from Google *Supercell and *Superc dating back to April [redacted]. During this period, there was no activity on the card as it was during the holiday in Israel, and the device associated with the charges is owned by an adult woman unrelated to these purchases. A search revealed that *Supercell and *Superc are Canadian services not available in Israel, and similar complaints have been made by other Israeli customers. I have attached images of the credit card charges for your reference. The Israeli credit card company advised me to contact you for further investigation, and they have already disabled the card to prevent additional unauthorized charges. I kindly request a full refund for all charges related to Google *Supercell and *Superc since April [redacted]. I attempted to switch accounts but mistakenly played without linking to my Super Cell ID. Upon reconnecting my account, I discovered that my duplicate legendary cards and my legendary token were missing. I had one Inferno Dragon to upgrade to level two, one Graveyard to upgrade, and one Mega Knight to upgrade, all missing now. I am confused and frustrated by this sudden loss.

I lost my Clash of Clans village on an old account before Supercell ID was available. I vividly recall the day it happened; when I opened the game, it unexpectedly reset my progress as if I were a new player. Despite trying various methods from the game's support page back then and a few months ago, I eventually started fresh with a new account and Supercell ID. Recently, I made another attempt to retrieve my lost village, reaching out to Supercell through the game and then via email after speaking with an automated bot named "Sparky." After initial communication, the support team requested my email address to assist me. However, since providing it, I haven't received any follow-up. Although an agent mentioned they could help, I am still waiting for a response after sharing my email. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I am now exploring alternative solutions to recover my village. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the player tag or clan associated with my lost account, only the name.

I previously had a Clash of Clans village with the player tag *PUYCYGYRO and the player name "Bubun." I have since changed my name to Koken Jr. at Town Hall level **, and my player clan is "God's Gift." My game is linked to my Google account with the email *****@***.com. I need assistance verifying my village with this Gmail ID. My game was initially connected through Supercell ID, but I accidentally changed it and forgot the new Supercell ID. My TH10 account was permanently banned after a coworker gained unauthorized access to my phone and tried to make changes to mine and my brother's accounts. When someone else was on the TH12 account without permission, I reported it to support. Despite my brother successfully recovering our TH12 account by answering all the recovery questions correctly, my TH10 account remains banned. I explained my situation to support, but they accused me of phishing. I believe an investigation would reveal that we were simply trying to protect and recover our account through separate conversations. I have two accounts, a rushed TH10 named Vicious with the email [redacted] and an almost maxed TH10 named Zachary G with the email [redacted] I was proven not to be stealing the account but rather safeguarding it. Although I lacked some information my brother had, I am willing to provide more details if needed. I'm seeking help as I enjoy this game and have invested a significant amount of time and money in it. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Supercell, I encountered a significant issue with my account. While playing on Wednesday, everything was normal, but when I tried to log in on Thursday morning, I discovered that my account had been banned for 2 days due to "disruptive behavior." I'm unsure why this happened since I have always been respectful to others. However, the real problem arose when I attempted to play on another account to wait out the ban. I mistakenly selected an option without fully understanding, resulting in me losing connection to my Supercell ID. Despite setting up the ID to remember me on the device, I now cannot access it because my email is no longer receiving messages. This issue has persisted for about a year, and I've been unable to resolve it. Additionally, I have been unable to access my Microsoft account due to a forgotten password, further complicating matters. My main account, which I've had for 6-7 years, holds significant sentimental value as I've invested a substantial amount of time and effort into it. Could you assist me in recovering my account? Hello Supercell, I am Sahil Deep Singh, a dedicated Clash of Clans player. My younger brother, a huge fan of your game, had his account (username: Shadow Walker, TH10, #PYOJQV8UG) hacked by another player (#PCQQ89CP0, account name: D.H.R.U.V, TH9). The hacker tricked my brother, who is only 14 years old, into connecting his game to a Gmail account ([redacted]) under the guise of needing help to register for Supercell ID. Unaware, my brother unwittingly linked his game to the hacker's email. The hacker then asked him to disconnect the account, resulting in my brother losing his hard-earned progress. It is heartbreaking to see him so upset and I am reaching out to request assistance in disconnecting his ID from the hacker's email and reconnecting it to my Gmail ([redacted]). Please help me restore my brother's Shadow Walker ID. We have been loyal players for over two years and I desperately want to give him his account back as a birthday gift in 7 days. I became aware of unauthorized access to my gaming account a while ago when someone attempted to log in while I was playing. Despite reporting the issue, no resolution was achieved. As the leader of Seventh Prodigy, I later discovered my clan, including myself, had been removed. After contacting Supercell, I was incorrectly informed that I had transferred my leadership, which was not the case. When creating a new SP clan, former members accused me of kicking them out, which I did not do. Upon transferring leadership to someone else, I observed unusual activity in battles. After contacting Supercell about this, my account got locked. I am unable to provide specific details like my player tag or trophy count due to the unauthorized access. I adore this game and have invested a significant amount of time and money into it, only to potentially lose everything. If account retrieval is impossible, I would appreciate being provided with a maximum level 11 or 12 account for the inconvenience caused and the resources I have invested into the game.

Dear Supercell, I am Baylee Bush, an avid Clash Royale player. I have a suggestion that I think could enhance gameplay and make it more competitive. I propose the creation of a new card that can shield buildings, ground, and air troops from damaging spells like fireball, rocket, and lightning. Currently, low-cost troops can easily be wiped out by a single spell, leaving players defenseless. Additionally, towers with low health can fall to one powerful spell, giving opponents a significant advantage. Introducing a card like "Shield" that creates a protective dome for troops and buildings against spells would add a strategic element to the game. This innovation could lead to more dynamic and competitive matches. I hope you consider this idea for future game development.
