Dear supercell. I have a big problem here. So I was playing on my account just fine Wednesday but Thursday morning I went to get online and my account was banned for * days because of “disruptive behavior” and to be honest idk why I even got banned cause I haven’t been disrespectful to anyone. I’m normally really nice to people on there. But anyways here’s my actual problem. When I got banned I wanted to play on another account I guess to wait out the ban and it gave me * options at the start screen to play but I can’t remember what they said cause I was frustrated and wasn’t paying attention so I clicked on one and after I did it loaded up and after about * seconds into that village it asked me if I wanted to load a different village. And I guess it’s my mini I’m not sure cause I haven’t been on it in a long time so I clicked on it and now my supercell ID is disconnected and when I made my Supercell ID for my main account I pressed (Remember me on this device) But now I’ve basically lost my account because my email doesn’t receive mail anymore..... this has been an on going problem for about a year now and I don’t know why exactly. I’ve tried logging into my Microsoft account but I’ve unfortunately forgot my password and now I can’t get into it to look at my mail. But that’s why I haven’t ever got on “My other” account cause I was concerned about not being able to get back onto my main because of the current issue that I’m having with my email. I’ve had my main Account for roughly *-* years. I got the game about *-* months after it came out I believe but I can’t remember the exact date. This really ***** because I’ve put so much time and effort into it to get where I’m at now and now I’ve basically lost it or can’t get back into it..... could you please help me recover it somehow? It really would mean a lot to me.
