We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Supercell ID. If you've lost access to your account due to changes made without your permission, please report it to Supercell's customer service immediately. They require some details like player tag, device used for playing, and when the account was lost for them to verify the account ownership and help you recover your account. Make sure to include all relevant details so they can assist you as efficiently as possible. While we understand this is a frustrating situation, please be patient as solving such issues can take some time.

Unfortunately, without access to your old email, it may be tricky to recover your Supercell account. But don't worry, we do have some measures in place to potentially help. The first step will require you providing some crucial information. You'll need to remember game-specific details such as the possible creation date of your account, the last time you played the game, any in-game purchase receipts, among other information. This would help Supercell support team verify your ownership and assist in recovering your account. However, providing such information does not guarantee a successful account recovery. We always recommend linking your account with a reliable email for easier recovery.

To speak with an agent regarding an incorrect email, first make sure you're logged into your account. Then, in the game, you need to click on the "Settings" button and then "Help and Support". Inside the "Help and Support" menu, look for a button saying "Contact Us" or "Report an issue". You should be able to send a message to an agent, make sure to clearly explain your issue regarding your incorrect email. They should get back to you as soon as possible, but remember response times may vary.

We're sorry to hear about your issue with the login code. Supercell's system may take a bit of time to send the code, so please wait for a few minutes. Also, make sure to check your spam or junk mail folders in case the email got filtered there. At times, email service providers may delay or block emails, so there could be a server-side delay. Please ensure you're checking the email address associated with your Supercell ID. If you've done all of this and the code still hasn't arrived after a reasonable period, it could be a technical issue and you may need to retry after a while.

Unfortunately, Supercell doesn't currently allow you to change the email address associated with your Supercell ID. They've implemented this for security reasons - to protect your account. If you can't access your Supercell ID, the best suggestion would be to create a new Supercell ID with an email account you have access to. However, keep in mind, you will not be able to transfer game progress between different Supercell IDs.
