Hi there, **I have sent numerous messages without response. My son and I have a few accounts that we have played with over the years and spent hundreds of dollars on. We took about * months off and the other day, we accessed and started playing with them again. The problem? After signing into one, my son was notified that our main account (KingChristoph**) was banned for phishing! We don't know how to phish or hack or anything like that. Carter (my son) recently had his email account hacked into and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with that or not. Anyways, I can assure you that neither myself or Carter (who has access to my account with permission) can hack or phish or anything like that. **We need an explanation as to why our account was taken away from us. I have asked so many times and most of my messages have been ignored. When I have asked in the support app, the conversation either gets closed immediately or I get a nonsense response that does not answer my question. **Thanks,**Chris & Carter Erickson
