Non-existent! Frustrating is an understatement.*I need information for what to do in the event of a bereavement. WHY is this not available online??!*What's the procedure to close an account after your customer has died? The customer in this case is my brother. I'm dealing with his Estate from overseas.*I requested by email, by phone (no joy) and on this comment form in Nov **** for you to send me details and all the relevant forms. It is now April ****, and I am still waiting. That's * months!!! Get your act together! **Thank you.
