I am on hold for the second time, ** minutes or more, we got a text from them telling us our flight was cancelled from Denver to msp got to the airport and no one was at the gate to assist us and could not get through to an agent via phone, we have now rented a car and are driving, this is unacceptable customer service so how will be reimbursed for our major inconvenience due to the crappiest customer service I have ever encountered, do I need to give your airline more bad press in order to get someones attention
