For the last * months my app won't let me log into it. I am missing out on getting points for buying subway. When I try to log in it says access denied. Please help I have gotten sandwiches about every week from subway which means I have missed out on several of the *.** each credits I should have been getting. I have sent emails and commented on the fb page but still no answers. I have deleted the app several times tried logging in on different phones and computer but still access denied. I can't even try to set up a new account cause it still says access denied. Please fix the app and find a way to give credits when you can't use the app and you can't use the buy * get one free when you have to order online cause it says access denied when I go to finish

GetHuman-v_in_ita did not yet indicate what Subway should do to make this right.
