hello I would like a full refund of $**.** I want you to resolve the issue I ordered sandwiches on the mobile order by to get one free and I did not get my sandwiches the store did not make my sandwiches and when they wanted to make the sandwiches they wanted to charge me again $**.** again the issue is I was charged $**.** and I did not get a refund for the charge and nor did I receive my sandwiches nor were the sandwiches made so I did talk to the manager Bianca at the store Subway ***** The horizon marketplace and there was nothing she can do she called her manager there was nothing they could do they said it was a common problem sometimes you order stuff on the mobile app it doesn't come to on their system and they don't see the order but yet the card when they do use the app at the subway they charged it on my card the Subway card $**.** and there was a glitch they said I could not order it at that store when I talked to the manager she said that's not true but they did not see my order and if they wanted me if I wanted the sandwiches they could make them but I would have to be charged again $**.** I declined the offer so please give me a full refund of $**.** back onto my card ending in **** I tried talking to a Subway person live I cannot get a hold of them so they need to refund me the subway for stuff that I did not get I did not get anything which is on the mobile order I don't know why and they don't know why at the store and neither does the manager above the other manager he knows why but they took my money very quickly and willingly gladly so again the issue is I want a full refund $**.** place back on to my Subway card ending in **** the reason is I never got my sandwiches on the mobile order and the store never received the mobile order request they don't know why it's happened but it has happened in the past thank you
