I've been a loyal Subway customer for seven years, relying on their white egg for my low-cholesterol diet. Hello! I worked at Subway in Bishopville for nearly three years but have yet to receive my W2 form. Despite speaking with Maddie and trying to contact Jack Jivan, no progress has been made. Maddie mentioned that the form was mailed on January 31, [redacted], but as of today, February 8, [redacted], I still haven't received it. I understand the deadline for mailing W2 forms is before January 31st. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with them have been fruitless, and my visits to the Bishopville Subway have been met with attitude. Urgent action is required in this matter.

Today, I visited Subway to redeem a Buy One Get One free offer. I showed the cashier the deal on my phone and requested two sandwiches. However, the cashier mentioned coupons instead of honoring the BOGO deal. Eventually, I left without purchasing. Upon returning home, I noticed I was charged $14.61 for items I didn't receive. I had a terrible experience with my order. I was overcharged and had to wait for 10 minutes at the store after ordering online. In total, it took 35 minutes for me to receive an incorrect Subway sandwich. The employees seemed undertrained. When I arrived, my sandwich was completely wrong, and they even had to question each other on how to make it. I used to work at Subway as an assistant manager, and I am very disappointed. I would like a refund or a coupon for the correct sandwich. I have been trying to contact the Midway franchise that deals with this store, but with no luck. I recently purchased a foot-long sandwich with extra cheese and was surprised to see that I was charged $1.50 instead of the listed $1.00. During my interaction, Ms. Jamya Heard was unhelpful and seemed indifferent. Despite my questions, she remained on the phone and explained the extra charge for the cheese that was not added to my sandwich. This discrepancy led me to consider filing a complaint with the BBB. While the prices on the wall display $1.00, Ms. Heard insisted that the system reflected $1.50, which I couldn't verify on the cash register. I recently placed an order with Subway, but due to a mistake, I needed to cancel it. However, when trying to contact their customer service, I faced three instances of being hung up on and no response despite multiple attempts. I suggest that a sign should be put up at the store specifying that the offers from Subway's text app may not be honored at that location. Additionally, it would be beneficial for the staff to handle such situations with more kindness. Refusing to refund the money for a paid sandwich is not good business practice. I was informed that nothing could be done after I purchased a sub online, leaving me without my sandwich or a refund. Unfortunately, I also lost the coupon offer upon clicking it, compounding the issue. I request a resolution by receiving a refund and having my Subway offer restored, or alternatively, receiving two free footlong sandwiches. Thank you.

I encountered difficulties ordering sandwiches from your website for about 30 minutes. The site was slow and displayed errors continually. Despite the issues, I persisted because I wanted to avail the buy one, get one free offer. However, the website's presentation of sandwich options is confusing. Unlike in a Subway store where I can customize my sandwich, online ordering is limited. I couldn't select two types of cheese or add extra meat beyond what's included. When trying to order a Turkey Bacon Signature Wrap without guacamole due to my avocado allergy, the website didn't allow me to customize. I ended up purchasing the wrap in-store, where surprisingly, they had no guacamole available. The online ordering experience restricts customization and doesn't fully adhere to Subway's slogan of "having it your way." It's disappointing that the website doesn't prioritize customer preferences as the store does.

I recently purchased four sub sandwiches from the Delavan, Wisconsin Geneva Street store. My order included a ham and cheese sandwich and a sub club. Unfortunately, in the middle of making the sub club, I was informed that they were out of ham. I was disappointed that this was not communicated to me earlier. Additionally, I found the quality of the bread to be unsatisfactory. The service lacked attention to detail as I was not given a receipt or offered one. I have photos of one of the uneaten sandwiches to illustrate my experience. Considering we spent over $24 on these sandwiches, I believe the staff responsible for baking the bread and preparing the sandwiches should be reviewed. On June 5, [redacted], I placed an order online at the Subway located in Mason, Ohio, inside Walmart, for a buy one get one free deal. I paid with a credit card and was informed that my order would be ready by 6:15 pm. Upon arrival around 6 pm, I found the store closed, with others experiencing the same issue. $7.99 was charged to my account, but I did not receive my food. I kindly request a refund of $7.99 for the undelivered food. Additionally, it would be appreciated if a gift card for two free subs could be provided as a goodwill gesture. Thank you.

On 06/13/20, my partner and I ordered a Philly steak sandwich and a Subway melt through the Subway app. Upon returning home, we discovered I had been given a Subway club instead of the Subway melt I had ordered. When we showed the man our app receipt stating Subway melt, he insisted on his receipt showing Subway club. The $5 footlong sub promotion for any kind of sub when you buy 2 is a great deal. Unfortunately, none of the Subway locations in Hayden, AL, or Jasper, AL, honored this promotion. Despite the appealing advertisement, the inability of the stores to apply the promotion has frustrated us. I had planned to buy Subway for future events and take advantage of the $5 promo, but after trying to purchase 4 subs for $40 instead of $20 online and not receiving the promotion, I am disappointed. This experience may lead us to seek alternatives for our business, as the advertisement didn't hold true in reality.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for a while, but unfortunately, I have experienced rude behavior from one of the staff members named Tracy, who happens to be the manager. Today's encounter was particularly unpleasant. I believe her attitude towards me has been biased, as I have noticed differences in how she treats black customers versus white customers, including myself. Despite trying to establish a friendly relationship like I have with another employee, a black guy who works on weekends and provides great service, I have faced consistent rudeness from Tracy. I am a very easygoing person, so speaking up about this issue is not something I take lightly. I frequent the Subway located in LaGrange, Georgia, within Walmart, on weekdays, but I have decided to avoid visiting during those times due to Tracy's behavior. I might consider coming on weekends when the other staff member is there. I am sharing my experience because I believe if she is treating me this way, she may be treating others poorly as well.

Today, I tried using the app for the first time and found it easy to place an order for curb-side pickup. However, upon arrival, despite trying to call multiple times as instructed, no one answered to bring out the order. Frustratingly, the only option to reach a person was by selecting the catering line. Unfortunately, the store was busy, and the drive-thru was not moving. As a high-risk individual, I was uncomfortable going inside. After waiting for 15 minutes, we left and went to Burger King. Disappointingly, I discovered my card was charged for the undelivered food. I kindly request a refund for the unfulfilled order.
