hello I was charged $**.** on my Subway card the card number is **************** pin number is ******** I was at the store in Henderson I think believe the store number is ***** horizon marketplace Subway or is it physically eating a sandwich and then I decided to order a mobile order for buy two subs get one free I did the mobile order I got the correct address at the store where I was and it charged $**.** on my Subway card I had a balance of $**.** $**.** and remaining balance after the **** was charged was ** cents however I got a prompt right after that not do the mobile order at the store where I was and I talked this to the manager Bianca and she said oh yeah mobile orders working fine no problem but they never saw my order my mobile order and I was still charged $**.** for sandwiches that I never got and they would not make me a sandwich because it said it was a mobile order they had to get the mobile thing showing up on their screen and it never showed up so I want a full refund of $**.** put back into my Subway card ending in **** I cannot get a hold of anyway anybody live at Subway so this is why I'm talking to you guys thank you
