I just went to a subway in my town, and there was a man who did not have a mask on in front of me And not a single worker said anything about it. I then proceeded to walk outside and wait until the man was gone, and when I came back, there were three people in line. With so much foot traffic, and especially all of the signs posted around the restaurant offering contactless drop off at your vehicle and offering a mask if you Don’t have one, I would expect this establishment to be better prepared for the virus. I then confronted them on why he was not wearing a mask, and they were very confused, seeing as they did not even notice that the man was not wearing his mask. The man on shift said that he may have had a condition and they can’t question it or force him to put on a mask, but I also work in food service and I know that you can ask someone to leave the restaurant, especially with the online ordering options, and the offer for Drop off to your car. It is very worrisome that I was blown off and disregarded in the matter so deadly serious and I will take my business elsewhere if people are not being forced to follow the right code.
