I placed an online order see image,*Image-*.jpg,*At the store in wylie Texas to be picked up at *:**. When my son picked it up and came home with the order I noticed it wasn’t exactly correct. It wasn’t that bad but enough for me to contact the store. I tried to be super polite and make it more of a learning issue by explaining to be a little more careful when reading instructions. I asked for black olives, less mayo and less mustard. When I opened the sandwich not only was the bread falling apart from either being over cooked or it sat out to long but the sandwich fell apart from way to much mayo and mustard. The manager, didn’t get her name but when I asked for the manger, she claimed she was the manager, refused to even let me explain why I was calling and kept continuing to interrupt me trying to defend that she made it correctly. I tried to explain I was not calling to be ugly, ask for a remake or even a refund but to simply pay attention to the details of an online order. I asked her multiple times to please stop interrupting I wasn’t calling to be rude but simply wanted to talk. She finally hung up on me and I called back multiple times and she would pick up the phone and hang up each time l. I’m assuming she saw the number and realized it was me. I find this very insulting and very unprofessional. I work in customer service and this was by far the worst experience of management I have ever dealt with. All I really wanted was for her to say I’m sorry I’ll be sure to pay closer attention to the detail and I would’ve said thank u and have a wonderful day. Because she hung up on me every time I called, I had my son call and ask for the managers name. He was told the manager in question is Madeline I believe. The language barrier made it a little difficult to understand. The manager in question would have been at the store on Monday, September **rd around *:**-*:**. She was Hispanic with a heavy accent. She is very rude and would not let me speak. Normally I would not make an issue of something so minor but as a manger who continues to be rude, interrupt and then hangs up on a paying costumer multiple times is not only in excusable but very very unprofessional. Subway may not do anything , find this to be acceptable manager behavior but i as a fellow customer service worker and a paying customer DO NOT FIND THIS BEHAVIOR ACCEPTABLE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. This message may even go unread or unanswered and I hope it does not. I nor anyone in my family will never go to that subway again. I really hope subway takes this behavior seriously.
