I ordered * foot long subs online. An Ultimate meatball, ultimate spicy Italian, cold cut on Italian herbs & cheese ranch on the side. I received a regular meatball, regular spicy, and a cold cut on flatbread with ranch on it. I noticed the cold cut and went back to the store and had them remake it which they made me wait ** mins before remaking it. I went back home and me and my husband then noticed at that point our subs were not ultimate with the garlic cheese bread and was made with Italian herbs & cheese bread and the spicy was also missing the lettuce. I had to go back up there and at this point I was done and wanted my money back. They refused to take my subs back and told me I had to call corporate for the refund. So now I just want my refund for the subs that we didn’t get correct and since had to go get food at another restaurant. If I could enclose a pic of my food and the receipt I would. I do have pictures. **On a side note when I went up there to have the first sub replaced the lobby was closed. I knocked on the door and what looked like the employees friends were there hanging out and one unlocked the door to let me in. I’m not sure but I think that might be against company policy for them to be in there after lobby hours. I do know they weren’t there when I originally showed up to pick up my order and at that time the lobby had been closed for at least an hour already.
