I ordered steak and cheese wrap with the drink and chips. I asked for toasted sandwich. Employees where not clean fixing my sandwich with one and so she didn’t have to use * gloves. In the middle of making my sandwich the manager goes out to have a smoke break. The other cashier rings me up. I pay and get to my seat to bite my sandwich and my steak was cold never put in oven. I had to wait for the manager to come back from her smoke break. I then asked her polite for a refund as I didn’t want to eat here anymore. She said sorry we can’t give refunds. I told her to keep the food and provide me with her name and store number store *****. Subway please issue me a refund back to my credit card.
