Redeem my rewards ... I had $** on my subway rewards card and when I went to use them I wasn’t allowed to. The employee told me to email and see about getting them refunded because they were supposed to expire the day after I went. So I lost $** because the rewards don’t work properly. I have screenshots of the app saying I have my $** in points the day I went. What’s the point of saving up points if I’m denied when I go to use them.
They were going to expire and I’m out $** because they wouldn’t work
Giving me a $** reward card to cover the rewards I lost due to their system.
Been going for years. Liked the reward system before they changed it.
Was at subway for **mins just trying to pay. The employees there tried everything to make it work.
