This will be the *rd time I have written you.I bought minutes around Sept **th. In the mean time my I phone quit working. I bought a smart phone, Would not let me transfer my minutes I just bought. I had to buy more minutes on or around October *th. I kept my same number. You have cut off service for my old phone. I would like service restored for my new phone. I was told the other day when I called that as soon as my old minutes were gone, that my new minutes would be continued. Where are my new minutes and when can I expect them to be restored. This is not fair and I am an unhappy customer. By the way, Earlier, I do not know where you sent that code, but it was not to me. I do not have time to be flipping back and forth looking for codes. Just check out my account,and restore my minutes. Thank you.
