Initially, everything was working well, but now my phone is prompting me for a passcode I do not remember setting. I am currently unable to access my phone, so I am reaching out for assistance using this PC. I have the necessary details such as my phone model, serial numbers, and firmware version. I have been a Straight Talk customer for over a year, and my plan is set to automatically renew. I received a text confirming my payment for $45, but two hours later, I suddenly have no service. Despite having the same iPhone 6s and SIM card, they claim my number doesn't exist. This is frustrating as I rely on my phone for communication and received the usual thank you text for my refill just like every month. I am unable to make calls due to this issue, and someone needs to address this as it's unacceptable.

On September 23rd, I placed an order for a refurbished iPhone 6s Plus and a $55 unlimited phone card. The payment was deducted from my account right away. Later that evening, I received a vague email stating that my order had been canceled, which I did not initiate. Upon contacting Straight Talk after work, I was informed my order was under review, not canceled. After further communication, they confirmed the cancellation and assured me of a refund within a day, but no money was returned. Multiple calls later, they promised the refund would arrive the next day each time. Frustrated, I was eventually transferred to the fraud department voicemail and left my details but haven't received any follow-up. It has been a week, and I am still without my phone and $[redacted] with no resolution in sight. The inconsistent information from customer service is disheartening.

I have been without internet on my phone since September 10th. After being informed that I needed a new SIM card, I purchased one, but the replacement you sent didn't work. Although I was told my service would be extended due to the issues, my service is still out today, and the new SIM card hasn't arrived. I am hesitant to pay another $45 plus tax for incomplete phone and text services without internet access. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential for you to resolve this situation. I visited Walmart to switch my Verizon phone and number to Straight Talk. Unfortunately, my original number didn't transfer over as expected. After a lengthy call with a representative, I was given a new number but still don't have a working phone. I was assured my old number was being processed with a case number provided. It's been several days past my billing cycle, and I'm frustrated with the lack of service. I require a resolution or a refund for the inconvenience and wasted time. This issue needs immediate attention.

I have had the phone number [redacted] for a long time, and I did not make any changes to it. Somehow, it seems that my number has been altered. This number is connected to important services like disability support, child support, Adult Probation and Parole, and the court. If I don't regain my original number, I could face legal consequences. I am very upset about this situation. If it is not resolved promptly, I will consider switching to a different phone service provider. I have heard good things about Straight Talk. I urge you to assist me in restoring my number to [redacted] as soon as possible. I have been dealing with this issue all night and was previously assured that it would be resolved.

Hello, my name is Rebecca Hill. I recently switched to my fiancé's Verizon phone plan and received a new phone. I called to opt-out of Straight Talk's $35 monthly auto-enroll during this transition but later found out it wasn't processed. Upon checking my bank statement, I noticed a charge of almost $39 from Straight Talk for auto refill, resulting in a $33 overdraft and an additional $35 fee from my bank. I have contacted my bank, but they advised me to reach out to Straight Talk directly. I would appreciate it if the auto refill charge could be refunded, and the overdraft fee waived as I had tried to opt-out. Every time I reach out for help, my issue remains unresolved, wasting my precious time. When I leave home, my phone loses data connectivity as it switches off Wi-Fi. This leaves me only able to make calls and texts, excluding MMS with long messages or images. Since the beginning of the year, I've faced various issues, with this being the most frustrating. Each call for help requires hours of my time with no solution in sight. I believe a new SIM card might resolve the problem. I'm exhausted from dealing with this ongoing issue and would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist with fixing it. Please help me.

My son bought a Straight Talk phone, and he accidentally broke it. He purchased another Straight Talk phone and transferred the SIM card from the broken one to the new phone. His phone number was [redacted]. He had some time without service due to financial constraints, but recently added airtime by purchasing a refill card. After inputting his phone number and the new card's pin, his phone still doesn't have service. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned his number was given to someone else, resulting in the new card being applied to their account. They suggested providing my son's SIM card number to correct this along with the IMEI number [redacted][redacted] and the SIM card number [redacted][redacted]. Additionally, they requested the pin number from the Straight Talk card, which is #[redacted][redacted]. I hope we can get this resolved efficiently.

I purchased the $55 plan for my Straightalk phone under the auto-pay setup. However, my phone was damaged in June [redacted], prompting me to cancel the auto-refill in my account. Even after canceling, I've been charged for July, August, September, and October [redacted]. I would appreciate a refund for the charges incurred during these months as I did not have any phone service during that time. Thank you.

I have an LG Stylo phone and rely on the hotspot feature for streaming low-quality Netflix occasionally. However, a few days after purchasing a new card, the hotspot stopped working. I have used this feature without any problems before and have barely used any data. I urgently need the internet for school and important tasks. I spent all my available funds on the card and cannot afford to lose this service. Any assistance in reactivating the hotspot option would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a Straight Talk service card based on a recommendation from a Walmart customer service employee. I was assured this card would meet my requirements. However, after attempting to use it, I discovered it does not suit my needs. I am 65 years old and trusted the guidance of the Walmart salesperson. Could I please request a refund from Straight Talk for the unused $15 home phone card with the pin number still intact? It is disappointing that the Walmart employee's advice did not align with my needs, hence I am seeking a resolution from Straight Talk. It may be beneficial for Walmart to provide better training for their staff regarding these card sales.

My account has been compromised, and my long-time phone number has been reassigned to a 12-year-old. I ported my number to Straight Talk from another provider. I am unable to verify my account with customer service as the information has been changed by the unauthorized user. Despite numerous attempts, the customer service experience has been unhelpful. After an exhausting 8 and a half-hour call, being put on hold, and explaining my situation repeatedly, there was no resolution. My account has been on auto refill, resulting in me paying for someone else to use my number. I find it frustrating that Straight Talk released my number without cause, causing me to lose $[redacted] and rendering my phone unusable.

Hello, my name is Brandy Wing. I had an issue with a refund for a $45 service plan last month. I had purchased a refill card that turned out to be out of date when I tried to use it, and I was promised a refund of $45 to my account. Despite contacting them 2 to 3 weeks ago, I still haven't received the refund. I had to buy another $45 card to refill my plan and called customer service again, but they assured me I would receive the refund. I haven't seen it yet, and now I need to refill my plan. I really need that $45 refund to be able to use my phone, especially since I am a single mom with four kids and $45 means a lot to me.

I have been struggling to access my voicemail for a week now. Last week, upon my first contact, I was informed that my password needed to be reset. After a supposed reset of my voicemail, the issue persisted. Over the weekend, another customer service representative mentioned AT&T having outage problems in WNC, which explained my voicemail access issue. Despite Straight Talk using various towers, I am still unable to retrieve my voicemails. I believe I should receive compensation if I am not receiving the complete service I am paying for. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider changing my service provider.

I recently bought a phone with a warranty from Walmart. I encountered issues with my device and went back to Walmart, where they had assured me that all my information would be on file. However, when I tried to use the warranty to replace the phone, I was told that since Straight Talk is a third-party provider, Walmart couldn't assist me. I contacted the number provided, but they requested the original receipt which I no longer have because I relied on Walmart to have my purchase details saved. Despite showing that I purchased the warranty, I was unable to have my phone replaced. As someone with retail and management experience, I believe there was a significant miscommunication between your company and Walmart, leading to an unfair situation for me. I have encountered issues multiple times and have been disconnected during calls with Straight Talk. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but recent interactions have changed my opinion. I have an LG model, LGL62VL. My phone was stolen, so a friend gave it to me to use. It needs technical service. Straight Talk supposedly unlocked it using the IMEI number, which is [redacted][redacted]. I bought a service card that looked like Straight Talk, but it turned out to be Simple Mobile. When I activated it with Simple Mobile, it didn't work as it wasn't completely unlocked. I called Straight Talk, got a code, but Simple Mobile refused to reactivate it. Both carriers say it should work, but the phone still isn't functioning. I tried activating it with Straight Talk again, but it's flagged and doesn't work on the CDMA network. Despite being compatible with CDMA and GSM, the phone remains inactive. Can someone help me resolve this issue? My contact number for texts is [redacted].

I have been experiencing numerous issues with Straight Talk's customer service for over 2 years now. Despite contacting them multiple times, my problems have not been resolved. I rely on my phone for important matters, like my son's school contacting me in case of emergency, but I can't receive calls at home. Even though I've been told I'm in a good service area, my phone constantly shows no service. I pay $50 a month for a service that is practically unusable. I have been promised solutions like wifi calling, but nothing has changed. I am frustrated and disappointed with Straight Talk's lack of assistance, especially considering my health condition. When my service ends, I will be switching to Verizon and will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others.
