I am reaching out for the 3rd time regarding a recent purchase of minutes on Sep 27th. Since my iPhone became nonfunctional, I switched to a smartphone but was unable to transfer the minutes purchased. I had to buy additional minutes on or around Oct 7th without being able to carry over the previous ones. My old phone service has been disconnected, but I require service on my new device. I was informed that my new minutes would be restored once the old ones were utilized, but I have not seen this happen yet. I am feeling dissatisfied with this situation. Previously, a code was sent which I did not receive. I do not have time to keep searching for codes. Please review my account and reinstate my minutes promptly. Thank you.

I have been in touch multiple times via chat and phone with your company. I purchased a hotspot and a $25.00 prepaid card totaling $54.58. After less than 30 minutes of use, I faced signal issues and assumed I needed more data. I bought another $25.00 card, but it didn't work. After a few conversations with Straight Talk, I sent back the faulty device, spending $14.00 on the return because I misunderstood the instructions. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received a refund of $10.69. I am disappointed in the lack of resolution and the poor customer service experience. I will not be recommending Straight Talk due to the inconvenience and incompetence I have faced.

Dear Straight Talk GROUP SALES representative, I am an American citizen residing in the Philippines. I always use Straight Talk when I am home and find your service excellent.
I will be leading a group of approximately 75 individuals to Indianapolis next year on June 20, [redacted], and will require around 75 sim cards for 1 month of unlimited phone, text, and internet. Can I pre-order these directly through you as a group, or should I attempt to send each individual to Walmart separately, which would be challenging? Also, I am wondering if there is a group discount available for this purchase. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

On August 11, [redacted], I purchased the "bring your own phone" plan from Straight Talk. However, I was issued a hotspot number instead of a mobile number, leading to hours of delay before my phone was fully activated with talk, text, and data. On September 11, [redacted], when I tried to refill my service, I encountered an issue with my service pin number being deemed invalid by the automated menu. After contacting Straight Talk again, I spent several more hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem. Despite numerous attempts, Straight Talk was unable to fix the issue. They even tried to assign me a new mobile number, but it was unsuccessful. Eventually, I was directed to a senior representative who explained that my sim card was corrupt and advised me to purchase a new one. Unfortunately, due to my medical conditions and financial struggles, buying a new sim card was not an easy option. Despite numerous hours wasted on calls with Straight Talk, my refill card was unsuccessful in reactivating my service on my original number. I attempted to transfer the refill to another number, but the system indicated it had already been used. I am Marla Davis, and I urgently seek a resolution to this ongoing issue. Thank you.

I am currently experiencing issues with my iPhone 7 after switching from a Samsung J3. Despite purchasing a new "ULTIMATE UNLIMITED" service card for $55.00 and following the proper refill steps, I am only able to make and receive phone calls. Siri, maps, GPS, and internet functions are not working, and text messages are inconsistent. I tried to register my phone with Straight Talk, but it does not recognize my IMEI (35 [redacted]33 3). I have followed all the steps provided with no success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have received conflicting information from multiple representatives about activating my new phone. Being informed to wait an additional 48 hours is frustrating. I purchased the device on November 6th and have been attempting to resolve this since then, now being November 8th. A supervisor assured me on the 7th that I would receive a call to activate my phone, but I was just informed of another 48-hour delay. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering one agent provided incorrect information. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. I am extremely frustrated and believe a gesture such as a month of complimentary service is warranted.

I am seeking assistance for an exchange student named Wagner who inadvertently ended up locked into a contract with Straight Talk Wireless when purchasing their service card at Wal-Mart. Wagner, a minor from Africa, believed he was not entering a contract as the card clearly stated "NO CONTRACT." However, after adding him to our family plan, Straight Talk imposed a 12-month restriction on his phone usage. This situation is unfair due to his limited English skills and financial resources. Despite contacting customer service, no resolution has been reached. It appears that there was misleading information presented, leading to this frustrating predicament. I kindly request for the phone to be unlocked and any supposed contract with Wagner to be waived. Your understanding and prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

To whom it may concern, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. Despite having sufficient data available, my hotspot has been blocked without a valid reason. I have spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to resolve this issue, only to be misled numerous times. It is disappointing to see history repeat itself, as your company has faced legal consequences in the past for deceptive practices. Today, I have filed a formal complaint (report #[redacted]95) regarding this matter. It is my hope that you address this situation promptly and refrain from engaging in such misleading behavior in the future. Thank you. - E.L.

I initiated the transfer of my phone number, [redacted], from my Consumer Cellular account, #[redacted]71, to a Straight Talk wireless home phone device with serial number [redacted][redacted] and SIM card number [redacted][redacted]. The payment service PIN is [redacted]97 and the associated codes for the transfer are [redacted] and [redacted]. I was supposed to receive a confirmation call at 6 PM on the same day, but I never received it.
The device, ordered on your website with order #[redacted]8, was received on the 14th and set up on the 15th. Despite showing power and a fully charged battery, there is no signal, only a red light. Multiple phones have been tested with the same result of hearing a repetitive three-tweet sound.
My new system is in the same location as the old one that worked, although the old one was swapped due to unreliable service that only worked in the city and not at home. When attempting to revert to the old Straight Talk receiver, I was informed it was outdated and needed an upgrade to G4 technology. Even after upgrading, the new receiver fails to work. Despite being near cell towers and in areas with other users, the system still shows no service. It has been 20 hours since the missed call, and I am without any phone service. I am urgently seeking a resolution as this issue has left me without any phone service, which is my sole means of communication.

I encountered an issue with my monthly service card where my phone service was unexpectedly halted. The representative mentioned that there were no options available to rectify the situation, which I found unfair. The miscommunication stemmed from language difficulties, making it challenging to grasp the situation fully. Regrettably, I was unaware that my service would cease due to the phone's incompatibility. I am in need of assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I rely on Simple Mobile due to my specific phone requirements. Your help in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted customer service to renew my phone plan and provided my credit card details. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with had difficulty understanding me, changed my phone number without my approval, and now my phone is not working even though the payment went through. I need my original number [redacted] back as I have shared it with many contacts for work purposes. The representative abruptly ended the call when I asked for their name to file a formal complaint. My transaction number is [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] since I am unable to get through the customer service phone prompts. Kindly provide me with a direct contact number or reactivate my previous phone number.

I am experiencing phone issues and need assistance. I got locked out of my device and have been struggling to resolve it despite being given PUK codes by Straight Talk. After unsuccessful attempts, I was advised to purchase a compatible SIM card. However, my attempts to obtain one have been met with obstacles and unhelpful responses from customer support. I purchased a TracFone SIM card that did not work, and I am still unable to use my phone. I am feeling frustrated by the lack of real help and would appreciate proper assistance. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have to consider switching to a different provider. Thank you for addressing this matter.

After a recent update by Straight Talk on November 6, my Samsung Galaxy S8 stopped giving me notifications for incoming texts. Even after a Walmart representative checked my phone settings for 20 minutes, the issue remains unresolved. Upon contacting Straight Talk customer service, they mentioned facing difficulties accessing my phone system, advising me to revisit the Walmart rep. When inquiring about a resolution timeline, I was informed that there was no definite fix time and to retry in a few days. Any suggestions on what steps I could take next to address this issue would be appreciated.

Today, I attempted to transfer a phone I purchased from sprint over to straight talk. The first representative I spoke with advised me to purchase a straight talk sim kit from the store to activate my phone, ensuring it would work. Following their guidance, I spent $45.00 on the kit at Walmart. However, when I called back, the second representative informed me that my phone was not compatible for the switch. Despite my frustration at being misinformed, the representative apologized and explained she couldn't alter the situation. Ultimately, I had to switch my service back to sprint. I am disappointed about the unnecessary purchase and seek resolution. Thank you.

Good evening,
I am Daryl Johnson. I own an iPhone 6, purchased from Wal-Mart in Senatobia, MS [redacted]. I reached out to Straight Talk regarding my phone not charging or turning on on November 26, [redacted], at 11:02 a.m. Everitt, the representative, attempted to troubleshoot without success. He informed me that Straight Talk does not provide iPhone replacements but suggested connecting with Apple. After trying unsuccessfully to reach Apple, I'm left needing to purchase a new battery or iPhone, which is disappointing as a loyal Straight Talk customer with two lines enrolled in Auto-Refill. I had to reactivate an older Straight Talk phone to have a means of communication. I hope for a resolution soon to this situation.
Thank you,
Daryl Johnson

To Whom It May Concern,
I recently purchased a SIM card kit from your company based on the advice of one of your agents who assured me it would solve the issues I've been experiencing with my phone. However, after attempting to activate it on my phone/SD, the agent claimed it was successful, but the problems persisted. Upon calling a second time for assistance, I was redirected to a higher-level agent who accused me of not purchasing a new card but using the old one. This situation is frustrating as I continue to face issues with my phone despite paying $55 monthly for service. I made three unsuccessful calls today on 11/26/[redacted], and the problem remains unresolved. I would appreciate a solution to this matter. I hold the receipt and the number in question is [redacted].

On September 9, [redacted], I purchased a $45 Straight Talk card. Unfortunately, some of the numbers got scratched off, and I have been unable to get assistance despite having the receipt and the card. The customer service agent advised me to call back in October, but I still haven't received any help. I have been a loyal customer of Straight Talk for about eight or nine years, and I have always loved their service. However, this experience has been quite disappointing. I just want to be able to add the card to my phone, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I have kept my SIM card in my phone, but I am still not getting any service. I have contacted support a few times, and they advised me to restart my device, which I have done multiple times. I was also instructed to update my phone and I followed the steps, but the issue persists. Considering these steps haven't resolved the problem, I am now wondering if getting a new phone is the next best option. Is there any other troubleshooting I should try before considering getting a new device?

I was chatting earlier to replace my son's card and we exchanged all the necessary information, but the process got disconnected. Later, when I tried again at 11:40 pm, after an initially more reasonable hour, I was informed of a 75-minute wait. It was frustrating to face such a long wait time, and after an additional 20 minutes, the chat disconnected again, stating that the service was closed for the day. This experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, demonstrating a lack of respect for customer service. I believe even the CEO would be upset and should address this issue promptly.
