My service has been turned off due to your billing methods. When i Signed up , i wanted the bill*or recharge on the *th of the month I realize to are on a billing cycle of ** days so that means the the earliest I should have to recharge would be on the *rd, I am on social security, fixed income, that is why it waited until the *th of the month to purchase your service plan( Which my receipt shows as of *-*- ****) now my recharge date is on or before the first of the month, (not exceptable), I did not change the recharge date you did. I have had this discussion many, many times with you and still, no result. I recently talked to a wal-mart associate in electronics and she told me i had a grace period before my phone service was discontinued (not So) apparently as my service is off, she also told me I had not only the grace period to recharge which was * weeks, so i should wait until the fifth of the month to(again) change my auto draw*recharge. So i feel I have been duped. I need to keep my phone number and need for you to immediate have my phone turned back on not wait until the *th of Feb to have phone service. I need immediate attention on this matter, as this is also a business phone. Thank You , for your immediate attention.

I have tried everything calling you texting you, The last time I was yesterday(*-**-****) on Wal-Marts phone with a good ** phone conversation first with your rep I could no barley understand, second with her supervisor to which i informed of all facts of this problem ,of which walmart employees overheard and was astonished at the none understanding your rep on the phone with me. Your rep suggested I wait until the *th to recharge and wait with no service until then. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the highest, I asked for your corporate of number and he hung up on me. The walmart people were again astonished. Everyone I spoken to over the last months keep bringing up the ** day billing cycle, I think I am reasonably intelligent I have a doctorate in Law, you need to have all the reps in Asia throw away their ** day calendars and get and get our ** day calendars and teach them how to use it. I want to keep your service but I want it made right on OR around the *th but not before the *rd of the month and my service back on, immediately. Thank you.
