I recieved a $** gift card for steam on Christmas. I went to go scratch off the code with my fingernail and I accidentally peeled off the first two numbers. I went ahead and scratched off the rest, not realizing that my first two numbers were completely gone. When I realised, I panicked a bit and entered in all of the numbers except the first two. I guessed a couple times and then gave up. A couple minutes later, I picked up the little plastic piece with the two numbers on it and scratched at it. I could still recover the numbers underneath. I entered them in but at this point, it was telling me to wait ** minutes. I played a couple of games, tried to renter it two or three times and then gave up and went to bed. It is now the following morning and I've entered it in several times, both on Steam itself and the website.
