An issue with the card I use to add monies to my Starbuck card. Talked with a rep (she was wonderful). She did, however say she was adding, as I requested, $***.** to my card. It showed on my credit card statement, but not on the balance. The balance on my card still shows $***.** less (?)*She said wait a bit* I did... still shows $***.** less. When the issue happened, we thought my Starbucks account had been hacked AGAIN. When all was resolved, I expected to see my balance $***.**, more-it was approved by my credit card company*added to my credit card-but-still does not show on my SB card balance.
