The Starbucks Rewards program offers three levels: Welcome, Green, and Gold. At the Welcome level, members can enjoy a range of benefits like free in-store refills, birthday rewards, and mobile order and pay. To reach the Green level, customers need to earn 300 stars in a twelve-month period. Green members receive all the benefits of the Welcome level, as well as the opportunity to redeem stars for free food and drinks, access to exclusive member events, and customization for select beverages. The highest level, Gold, can be achieved by earning 300 stars within a year. Gold members get all the perks of the Green level, plus a personalized Gold Card, a free drink or food item for every 125 stars, and even more exclusive offers and promotions.
