Visit the Starbucks homepage and click the Sign In button in the upper-right corner.
Did you forget your username? Don't worry, Starbucks lets you use your email address as your username. If you can't remember which email address is associated with your Starbucks account and you have multiple email addresses, just go to the search box for each of your email addresses and type 'Starbucks'.
If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password Link and proceed to the next step.
Enter the email address associated with your Starbucks account, then click Reset Password.
Check the reset password link sent to the registered email address. If you can't find it in your inbox, check the junk or spam folder —it's likely there. Note that the password reset link is valid only for a limited time, so we suggest resetting your password as soon as you receive the email.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Starbucks account, proceed to the next step.
Visit the Starbucks homepage and click Find a Store. Enter your address to see a list of nearby Starbucks stores and their complete addresses. You can also find information on when the coffee shop closes. Make sure to visit only during store hours. You may also contact Starbucks via their contact page. Look for the 1-800 number provided and call them directly. Let them know what happened, and they should be able to assist you.
If you have other concerns about your account, visit their Customer Service page. You will be given an option to send a message to Starbucks or to chat with a representative. Note that business hours are 4 am to 10 pm, PST, for chat services, and 5 am to 8 pm, PST, for phone services.
