Second day of getting cold coffee. Yesterday it took * tries to get hot coffee. I finally had to take a blend I did not want. No barista cared. You are a coffee establishment and you can’t seem to keep your coffee hot! Starbucks used to want to keep customers satisfied. Not any more. My husband will not go in since you raised coffee prices to cover your sensitivity “workshop” loses. I would like my money back on my cold coffee. My email is colleen@ metrocast.net.
