I have suspended my fibre broadband at another location. Problem is collecting the device. Am I able to collect it myself or StarHub tech has to collect it? I do not have access to that location. I have been asking for them to return it but those people staying there refuse to. **Though it has been suspended, is it possible for them to tap into other residents’ internet? I’m addressing this issues because I do not want to be liable for their wrong doing. (If any)**I am planning to relocate from other location to my current one. I have been calling StarHub many times.
