Get an adjustment or another program added because the ones they have set are not covering the areas of pain I need the most help with! ... Reps for my scs insist I wait * weeks minimum in between adjustments*won't meet with me to make a new program for me even though I KNOW the stimulator is NOT covering the areas of MY pain! *BURST SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR FROM ST JUDE MEDICAL. Is this really policy?? I want tomknow proper procedure and I want to be able to have the scs adjusted as much as and when Ineed it done until it is right!
Being told I need to wait because it takes time for the system to adjust is B.S. I know my body, I know my pain, and I know the stimulators. I have had one before. I am the one in pain, not them! I feel they just can't be bothered.
I want them to treat me like I matter, like they understand and can empathize with my pain. I expect them to do their job and adjust the scs until my pain is under control.
I haven't been a customer long. I just got the implant * weeks ago. I expected them to be able to meet with me when I needed them to until we got the stimulation areas covered.
I have called * different techs once a week for * weeks and have been told to give it more time. Finally I am scheduled for NEXT week, so I have * more week of pain...in theory nothing has changed.
