Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I recently discovered that a computer desk I had purchased broke close to the end of its policy period. I initiated a claim process and provided a photo of the damage, but was also asked for a picture of the entire desk. Due to medical reasons following spinal surgery, I was unable to take the photo myself, so my husband assisted with this on Sunday, April 10, [redacted]. I promptly tried to submit the complete claim, only to realize that it showed the policy had expired on the same day. This was the day I was attempting to finalize the claim, which I had begun online. I'm disappointed that I couldn't complete the claim despite only needing to add the full desk photo, as all other required details were already provided. The policy details from my WalMart account indicated the item was purchased on April 11, leading me to believe that was the expiry date. Had I known about the protection plan earlier, I would have submitted the claim promptly after the desk broke. I only became aware of the plan when I purchased a new item covered under a policy, which redirected me to the account section. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue and complete my claim. I have received a response from Square Trade regarding my claim. They have reviewed the photos I submitted and concluded that the issue reported, loss of resiliency, is not covered under my Protection Plan. They have closed the claim and advised me to contact Wayfair for a refund of the warranty. I disagree with their assessment, as I have only had the chair for a month and believe there may be a defect in materials. I am hesitant to cancel the policy in case there are future issues with the chair. My Lenovo Chromebook is under warranty, but a bad intermittent WiFi network card only works when charging. The message says, "Your WiFi router is out of range," even though it's just 10 feet away with no one else experiencing the same issue at home. I believe my Lenovo has a defective WiFi card. Every time I try to visit a new website, I must press buttons and re-enter my sign-in information, which is time-consuming and frustrating. Despite having fast fiber optic cable internet for three years, it only works properly occasionally. I am seeking a solution to either repair or replace the WiFi card so that I can enjoy the high-speed internet I am paying for.

I would like to report an issue with the JVC 58-inch Class Elite Series 4K Ultra HD ROKU Smart TV, purchased at Sam's Club in Hermantown, MN. The TV is experiencing horizontal lines on the screen, which is worsening over time. I am seeking assistance within the warranty period initially advertised by Sam's Club. When I called yesterday, the representative informed me about two claim options. The first option involved shipping the laptop for repairs, which I couldn't do due to time constraints with school starting soon. The second option mentioned was to take the laptop to a local repair shop, email the invoice, and then receive a reimbursement check for the repair cost. However, upon trying to file my claim online today, only the first option was available, which doesn't work for me as I need a quicker solution for school. I'm confused as to why the second option provided over the phone is not showing online. I also attempted to cancel or edit the claim to rectify the issue, but the system does not allow me to do so. I need assistance in changing my claim to the correct resolution promptly.

I am experiencing difficulty filing a claim for my defective Amazon Fire HD 10 with Square Trade. Plan ID: [redacted][redacted] Plan Purchased From: Amazon Coverage Start Date: Mar 15, [redacted] Coverage End Date: Mar 17, [redacted] When trying to file a claim on my account page, I am redirected to call: "Please call our special Kindle phone number to continue your claim." U.S.: 1-[redacted] 6am-10pm PST This number belongs to Amazon customer service. After speaking with 4 reps, I was unable to find a resolution. They directed me back to Square Trade. I am unable to submit a valid claim for the warranty/protection plan through no fault of my own. Plan Number for Square Trade protection plan on Fire tablet: [redacted][redacted] Desired Resolution: I request a Square Trade customer service supervisor to contact me via email ([redacted]) to settle my claim by honoring our contract. On the 5th of December, [redacted], I purchased a Square Trade warranty at checkout on eBay for two laptops. Upon receiving the items, I found them to be unwanted and unusable, as they were also no longer supported by the manufacturer's tech assistance. Today, I started the return process and opted for a full refund. I have already shipped the laptops back to the seller today. When I reached out via email to inquire about a refund for the warranty, I was provided with the reference code(s): 00D306mMq._5005Y2MNDoZ. These codes are confusing, and I am unable to decipher them. I require a refund because the items covered by the warranty were unusable - specifically due to having Spanish-language keyboards that I cannot understand - and because they are obsolete according to the manufacturer's tech support (Apple MacBook Air [redacted], which was deemed obsolete by no later than December 31, [redacted]).

My washing machine broke down a month ago. I have your protection plan and filed a claim. The part you sent was wrong, according to the repairman. The repair shop ordered the correct part from you, but it hasn't arrived yet. How long do your "protected" customers have to wait for a fix?

I bought an iPhone on eBay and got SquareTrade insurance for a year. They promised a refund, which I never received. Currently, SquareTrade is asking for a repair receipt, and I can't reach them via email. I'm attempting to file a claim for my vacuum cleaner. I'm encountering an issue that prevents me from moving forward in the process. Household appliances and the manufacturer Shark are not available options. The phone system doesn't provide the choice to speak to a representative either. I am seeking a refund to purchase a new one. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I recently purchased two HP printers, but the first one was never shipped, so I had to cancel the order. I have received the second printer, and I also have a SquareTrade protection policy but I am unsure if it was transferred from the first printer to the second one. The order number for my purchase is 23-10[redacted]0. Both printers were the same HP product. Could you please confirm if the protection policy covers the current printer? I recently received my device back as your technicians were unable to replicate or fix the problem. Despite sending my device in for repairs multiple times, the issue persists. Upon initiating a chat with a representative today, I mentioned that I have video evidence of the problem and sought guidance on where to send the video. The representative mentioned that intermittent issues are not covered by my plan, which was never communicated to me during the plan purchase, nor is it outlined in the terms and conditions. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. If this repair is not covered, I will escalate this matter to the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. I submitted my claim on June 28th. Soon after, I requested to cancel it, but was informed that it could not be canceled. Instead, I was advised that it could be denied to halt the process. Additionally, I made a payment of $25.00 over the phone to Julius, a supervisor at Allstate, for what he indicated as a deductible. Now, I am seeking a refund of the $25.00 since the claim was ultimately stopped, canceled, or denied. I appreciate your prompt assistance in processing this refund. Thank you, Deborah

I have a warranty with Walmart for my portable Frigidaire ice maker, model EFIC117 SSBlack CU, serial number A[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, it has stopped working properly, producing fewer and smaller ice cubes until it stops altogether. I have experienced this issue with other portable ice makers too. The cost of $99 plus tax makes it frustrating to have to send it back for repair or wait for a refund. My preference would be to exchange it at the store for a new one to save time and money.
