My name is Randy Litcher and I am having a serious issue with my Sprint account. It is a long story, but I will try to tell it as quickly and clearly as possible. **In November, I paid off my old phone and bought a new one at my local North Myrtle Beach South Carolina Sprint store. The associate, Reggie, insisted that I add another line to my account in order to keep my current bill similar to what I was paying, $***. I agreed. I added the free line and the phone that was supposed to be an extra $* a month. **I received my bill and it was $***. I was charged for the line, the phone, and charged an extra $** fee for paying off the phone. I immediately contacted the same store and was told the only one who could help me was the store manager Aaron. I called trying to contact Aaron for several days. I am finally given another number and tell him my issue. He says he will get right on it. Almost a week goes by and we are texting back and forth. (I can provide the messages if you need.) **He never fixes the problem so I go back to the store. I am told "It's the holidays I can't help you all I can do is put a ticket in." I ask to be contacted when he gets things fixed, he never does. **I use the sprint chat and speak to an online assistant who actually says "Just do us a humble favor and pay the $***" I am stunned and ask to speak to someone else. I have a copy of this transcript I can attach as well if needed. I get a number for customer assistance. I end the conversation and speak to the assistant. She was wonderful. She sees the errors I describe to her and tells me she is going to drop the line we didn't want and credit $** to my account, and my bill and future bills will be back to $*** like they were. That was Friday December **th. **I am contacting you because I am desperate for this to be fixed and made right. I have been misled and mistreated as a customer and have never had to go to these lengths for help from a service I pay for. I don't want to have to cancel, but if someone won't help me, I will be forced to. Please contact me here or at ***-***-****.
