Update my shipping info to my current so that I don't lose my new phone to some **** head that won't turn it back it and make a quick profit off of my order ... I'm not very happy. I'm getting the run around. Worker sent my order to wrong address and ups can't do anything, old address at apartment can't do anything, and I gotta call you guys to try and fix this mess up. I payed all this money to get service through sprint and y'all already ******** over a new customer. I need this **** fixed so I can receive my new phone and service. All I need is an address change for ups or a hold at my local ups. If the workers can't help, connect me with someone that can. Otherwise, I'll take this to court.
This is the second time this year that this has happened
Sending my order to the "right" address
I'm new and I expected better
Talked to local sprint, spoke with ups, spoke with apartment manager at old address. And no one is able to help me at all
