My daughter was moving to Alaska in October ****. Before she moved I contacted Sprint to make sure her phone would work in Anchorage. The answer was yes, Spring has many towers in Anchorage. Was also told she would have not problem on her way to Alaska, she was driving by herself, with phone or data service. Wrong!! We had to purchase roaming data twice. When she arrived in Alaska she had phone issues and roaming issues due to no towers. She was forced to purchase a new phone and a new phone plan with a different company. I have talked to at least * different Sprint employees on the matter of getting out of her contract. I was told they would end the contract for free several times. I am always on the phone for at least * hour every time I call. Your employees do not know what they are talking about. I am told one thing and then the bill comes and its always something different. Every time I call I get a different story. Today I called and was told I would not get the refund on the early cancellation fee until I pay off the phone or turn it in. This is the first I am hearing this, I am thinking about buying the phone for myself. Never knew this was the hold up for the credit on my account. I am very frustrated with Sprint. Employees do not know protocol! Today I was on the phone for over and hour, your employee transferred me to the cancelation department only to get disconnected. Never receiving a call back. I am very frustrated. My phone number is *** *** ****
