Help with my Sprint Corporate Care issue

I am an existing customer of Sprint having a service for two lines ***-***-**** & ***-***-****, In brief, Sprint was running a special in September **** for iPhone * & **, the deal was $* for iPhone * & $** for iPhone ** monthly lease, I asked if I qualify since I was in the process of upgrading my phone also planning to switch to a different providers, since the service is SO horrible at my address, although originally my address has a great coverage at the time joining Sprint I trusted the sales person. So the deal was only for new lines, to get the deal I had to cancel one of my lines and get a new one to qualify for the $**, the second line used by my partner who did wish to switch to a new number so the $*** discount was applied to the second line which brings it to $** a month instead of $** and my service will grandfather in for $** a month for both lines. I have noticed that I have been charged $*** a month instead of $** according to the deal I have agreed to. I called few weeks ago to discuss the issue, I was promised this will get fixed and the rep will call me back in *-* business days, yet to hear back nor to see the monthly charge has been adjusted including the refund of the excess charges starting on October *st ****, what I'm asking of Sprint to deliver what they have promised, it appears that Spring leave me no choice but to use the court system which I'm planning to do if I don't hear back from Sprint within a week from this email, my request is as follow I want out of the contact without any obligation or penalty including the refund of all excess charges, also I no longer wish or have the desire to use your service, and I'm more than happy to return your phones with the boxes and the accessories as soon as this resolved. *To confirm my statement or story you may use the transcripts during our calls also I'm happy to provide with my recordings.**A copy of this will be sent to all Sprint executives.
