Point blank-The store manager must be replaced or this location is going to shut down. end of story. *Before coming into this store, I’ve already heard multiple complaints from my (easy to please) sister & my dad regarding the store manager, not even an associate, the manager. Last time they were there, the manager didn’t greet or acknowledge them and made a comment to the person she was on the phone with about how she can’t wait to get out of there. So the assistant manager pulled her weight and helped my sister out. It took them * hours to simply upgrade her device. Ridiculous. *Leads to today’s horrific experience. We had Jennifer M. as who would be “helping” us. What a nightmare. She had such a rude attitude. I came in because I wanted to activate a temporary phone while my phone was in Apple care. For starters she made a sarcastic comment to her associate how I need insurance. When I asked about the insurance she said I can’t get it bc it’s broken, lol ok, that’s fine. She also was trying to urge me to get insurance on the back up phone, started saying it would just be $* a month, then after numerous confirmations with her she switched up and said it’d be **, no thanks. She had difficulty with every single computer prompt just to activate the phone, so again the assistant manager was trying to juggle the customer he had in front of him as well as us. This was making me nervous because I didn’t want her to immobilize my account or the phone. She couldn’t find the ID number so I instructed her to look under the battery. She input the wrong number so it was unsuccessful. (** minutes in) I frustratedly asked if I can see the phone so I can pull up the Id number on the screen for her, SHE BLATANTLY IGNORED ME AND TOOK THE BATTERY OUT WHILE LOOKING AT ME. She would talk over me and cut me off almost every time I opened my mouth. She didn’t seem to care, making small talk and having side conversations with everyone including with who I perceived to be the regional manager. As she started another personal story I had to interrupt her to just get my device back and take it somewhere else. The next sprint didn’t even know what she did with the device as they were about to have to wipe the device. I am so frustrated and fuming that I wasted my afternoon off dealing with incompetence. PLEASE, HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE TECH SAVY AND FRIENDLY.***My family of * all of which have sprint are boycotting any visits to this sprint including our Christmas shopping because of the store manager’s unprofessionalism.
